[size=1]Like the title says, it's been a while...since I've last posted up a gallery of my most recent works. And since I've seen a slight revival to the art studio, I've decided to do this again. :]

1. It would look a lot better without that gray bar on top. The stock position is nice, I like it a lot. Although on her breast it seems to get a tad pixelly. The orange bits in the bottom right are going opposite of the flow, so flip those horizontally and you're good. Overall it's pretty plain but I do like it.

2. My favorite of the bunch. The only negative things I have to say about it is the big white splotch and the black borders. Smudge/erase the splotch with a splatter brush so it blends a bit more and just scrap the borders. The light textures are very aesthetically pleasing here, so job well done on this one.

3. My second favorite, and same goes for the borders on this one. I wish there were a bit more black splatter on the left to cover up some of that gray. The tie seems a bit too bright as well, pure white probably isn't the greatest option, try going a few shades darker so it isn't so blinding. Other than that, looks pretty good.

4. Again with the borders! :P Overall I don't really like it, but simply because I've never been a fan of this kind of thing.

5. I like this one a lot too, although the texture on the girl's face is a bit too visible. I actually don't mind the borders on this one. :P I love the effects on this one, especially the ones behind the text.

I tend to put a border on EVERYTHING. When I first started out, it was drilled into my head that everything needed a border. Even the people in the forum I visited constantly complained that I didn't have a border. =.= Guess...it just kinda stuck.

It's funny because that's what the majorty of my sigs are. haha. Only recently have I been trying to get better at different types of stock.

One of the things that bugged me is that 3 signatures of yours look like they utilize the same color schemes and the same font choice. Don't mind me, I'm just a fan of making another piece of work look completely different. Also, I happened to notice some jagged lines in your stock images. Perhaps you put too much contrast on them, but I guess that may be your style since the darker more heavily contrasted portions of the signature seem to blend with the lighter portions.

Overall, they're pretty good and I like.

Hay, I'm a fan of borders. When I was making signatures back in the day, we needed them. However, I like Jigglyness's take on them with a signature having either horizontal borders or vertical borders.

[size=1]Borders are always the way to go. Its just that borders can be varied on. They can be dots or dashes, thick or thin, any colour of the rainbow, non symetrical, et cetera, [i]but[/i] I think a banner isn't a complete banner without any kind of border. So bleep.

I get where Citric is coming from, though, because all five of the banners have the same kind of borders: a few pixels and only on two opposite sides. I don't mind it at all, but I can imagine that someone else would like to see some more variation.

Okay, that out of the way, I love the stock in the first banner and would love to see the original so I can use it in future arts. :x Aside from that, the banner is easy on the eyes with a not so busy background, which is nice because the stock itself has a lot going on already, so yeah. I think however that the text, though placed well, is a bit too dark. I could see it working better if the borders had the same kind of colour, or there were more dark tones in the banner (which would frankly help support the "regret" phrase as well), but right now it just stands out a lot. [b]Edit:[/b] After some toying around with the banner, I think for aesthetic purposes, I would prefer just a lighter tone of text.

Of the second banner you already know what I think.

The third is just easy on the eyes and I like it, though I could imagine it having a little bit less thick borders and them on all sides. Or another option would be the use of transparancy.

The fourth banner I think is pretty awesome as it is, though the stock could probably be blended into the colour scheme a bit more.

For the fifth banner I will let the SotW votes do the talking. :b[/size]
