Earth has been devastated by a third great war, and the human populus is gone.... only thirty percent remains and now human are only just able to recoup. Many major cities, like Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Moscow, Berlin, Hong Kong, and Tokyo are mere ruins. Earth is a distant memory...

Humans, in the war, began to create. Even before the war, robotic achievements were advancing by leaps and bounds. During the war, mankind started making armies that far surpassed even the creator's imagination. Mankind created machines in its image, perhaps then can it be said man was the architect of its own demise. In the war, machines were created, made to look, act, and to even have emotions like humans. Some were so advanced, they were even capable of pregnancy. These machines were the pinnacle of man's greatest achievements. However, most were destroyed or have since ceased function, refusing to watch their creators destroy one another. How sad a machine can learn the value of life before humankind.

But, humans have never been content with merely creating, they experimented on their fellow man. Genetically enhanced humans, with other worldly powers. Mutants, as they are now called. Most of the early creations went rampant, until the mutating process was perfected. Now, such creatures run wild, killing all they can. These monsters are humankind's just deserts for playing God.

If there is one thing Man has been good at, it's war. Man commits wicked deed upon wicked deed onto itself. Sin upon sin. Only now, after humanity has destroyed its beautiful home world, does it learn its lesson. Humans are just now getting to the point where they are getting back to their former glory. On leaving Earth for the stars,humans have come into contact with alien species, namely the Hydrans. Humankind was unable to clean up its own mistakes alone, and thus did the Hydrans take pity and begin to aide them.

Hydrans are an alien species, and more than kind. Hydran bear some semblence to felines, but also possess psycho-kinetic abilities. Hydrans are more human-like than anything, they are simply more high strung. After taking the human race under its wing, the Hydran race introduced Humans to other alien speicies, and thus did man begin to find its place amongst the stars.

The last love song on this dying little world plays on, as humans try so hard to save what's left of their home. But is it too late? Even now, there are factions that thrive on chaos and death. Rumors of a planetary restructuring device are whispered. Some search for it, others aim to destroy it. And yet even still others are content in their daily lives.

How will you survive? Will you search for humanity's final hope in restoring its homeworld? Or are you wanting to use this hope as a weapon and hold the galaxy hostage?

Personality: [/B]Normally a gentle person. Kurai will only attack in the most dangerous of situations. She prefers to solve her problems nonviolently, and even when attacked, mainly defends. Kurai is a very calm person. She is often found in her room, staring at a picture of her love.

Biography:[/B] Her love was buried alive a month after they got married. Her older half-brother was killed by his younger brother. She took the older one's body and made it her own so she would have a human form. Her best friend is dead.
