killing hair roots?

so i have a little bit of back hair, some thing like 5 strands or some thing, not a big deal right.

but the problem is that they are hard hairs and they shafe on my neck and shoulders and just really bugs the hell out of me.

ive searched on the net using google and ask.com but all i find are stupid adds and a few other things that MIGHT help but cost more than i will have ..... for now at least.

so i would like to know if any one knows of any thing that would kill a hair root, like a cloth soaked in peroxide or some thing because im sick of always pulling out the hairs, i just want them gone.

can any one help?

Well I thought I'd be the first to comment and say its most likely time to buy a razor. Your peroxide rag will just bleach it blonde...which may work out for you I suppose.

All hair removal treatments (short of laser hair removal) are delaying measures at best.
