[The Enemy]

The Hokage stood atop his man office with pride as he addressed the mass of ninja that had gathered before him. They came from every nearby shinobi village, all had gathered for the main event, the Grand Tournament! One event every many decades where the villages offer any ninja willing into a massive competition. The point of which to defeat rivals and prove your strength in combat. The prize, a law, one law chosen by the final victor to be passed in all participating villages. Such an open option gives every ninja something to fight for with all their might.

The Hokage spoke "You all know why you are here. The Grand Tournament!" The crowd roared in response. "This year will be no different from any other, al participating ninja will be given a crystal coloured by rank. Blue for gennin, yellow for chuunin, and red for jounin. Each crystal is worth points, blue are worth one, yellow three, and red are worth five. To gather crystals is the objective, acquire them from any ninja you can, by ay means necessary. The first five ninja to accumulate 30 points will move on to the second round. From there, the first ninja to acquire all remaining crystals will be the victor! Again the crowd cheered.

There you have it! You are one of the many ninja entering this competition to get whatever law you want passed. You can be from any village, and know virtually any jutsu real or fictional. Try not to overdo it. Also you can be of extinct clans (uchiha, kaguya) as long as you have a really good story behind it, that means no simple "my mom from kaguya clan ran away randomly before I was born" I want something creative and interesting. Otherwise, just have fun.

[B]Bio:[/B] Ansan is the son of shino aburame and shikamaru's cousin, growing up learning both clans techniques, at the age of 8 his older sister died while on a mission in the anbu, this has lead him to be over protective of woman until he was 13 when he was put under an emotional female team leader who got both his team mates killed due to incompetance(acording to Ansan) he left his group and worked with his clans instead but because he is learning both clans techniques at once neither will allow him to become joinin as he hasn't mastered either clans techniques yet(because he is spreading his learning)

She tends to wear a lot of black. Her outfit usually consists of a black top with fishnet sleeves reaching halfway down her upper arm, and black, fingerless gloves that go halfway up her forearm. She wears her forehead protector around her neck.

Personality: [/B]Hitokui is fun-loving, intelligent, and quirky. However, she is also rather naive and has a habit of licking new people, and will often bite another person, prone to accidentally giving curse marks of varying intensity. Hitokui is considered crazy, and tends to do a lot of "wild" things. However, she does have a kind and caring side that has a gentle part to it. Hitokui will do anything for friends.

[FONT=Comic Sans MS][SIZE=2][COLOR=Purple][B] Bio: [/B]Hitokui is the child of Yakushi Kabuto and a young woman who was formerly one of Orochimaru's many experiments. Since Kabuto had a part of Orochimaru integrated with his own body, a portion of Hitokui's DNA comes from Orochimaru. Hitokui has lived almost all of her life in the sound, only recently coming to Konohagakure for the tournament. From her mother, she get's an unnatural ability to not only control and manipulate toxins in her own body, but in those of others. Hitokui is immune to her own tokins, and can (somewhat like the stage 2 curse mark) grow a tail similar to that of a scorpion and "retract" it at will. In her past, Hitokui was feared quite a bit. It was because of her strength, and the fact she loved to bite living creatures. Because of this habit, she had unintentially given curse marks, causing quite a few Sound ninja to die before reaching her age. The strength she had allowed her to reach jonin, but she is rarely sent on missions due to her biting habit. Also, she invoked the wrath of Kakashi Hatake. Hitokui had used Edo Tensei only once in her life, and that was while she was quite lonely at age ten. Now, her parents had no clue, but she had take her time to (somehow) revive Obito Uchiha. When she had arrived in Konoha with her "friend", Kakashi soon noticed - and recognized - Obito. It took Obito a moment to recognize Kakashi, but soon afterward, the two began to interrogate her. Obito understood she hadn't intended to cause trouble, but because Kakashi had figured out that Hitokui had revived his old teammate, he punished her for tampering with the laws of life and death (by beating her up), and always watches her, thinking she may do something else to anger him, despite the fact she promised not to use Edo Tense or any forbidden techniques at all.

[B]Personality:[/B] Ruga is a taijutsu master at heart, but unable to attain this title has left him feeling hurt and betrayed. He shows this side of his personality as hating most all other ninja, and resenting those with naturally born talents greatly. During combat he thinks tactically and logically trying to trap one or all of his current opponents on one of the many gruesome attack 'performances' he and his puppets can enact.

[B]Style:[/B] Ruga is a master puppeteer with some decent ninjutsu and genjutsu skills, but he's weak in taijutsu.

[B]Main jutsu/techniques:[/B] Ruga wields his puppets with lethal efficiency, the exact number he has created is unknown but he usually fights with a maximum of three.

[B]Bio:[/B] Ruga grew up in the village hidden among the stones, he originally wished to train heavily into taijutsu but a weak frame and poor muscle structure left this path closed to him. He went to see one of the higher level ninja to read his chakra at a young age, hoping they would tell him he might still have a chance at some variant of gentle fist. Alas they all rejected this idea, his dream, telling him his only real talent lied in ninja puppet wielding. He resented his superiors for tasking him with this path but it was all he could do to follow it. He became a master within a few short years of intensive training and built his own puppets since he was but a chuunin.

He vowed to himself the day he knew his path "If I cannot attack them myself my creations will tenfold. I will be the best puppet master ninja ever an show that even when forced any ninja can raise to greatness! That is my ninja way!" Regardless of this vow he still regrets not being able to follow his dream and to his day wishes he could be the taijutsu master he's always wanted to be.

Personality: Childish, fun loving and hyper she seems to always be in a good mood and bounces every where she goes. Had a very large curiosity that often gets her into trouble but usually smiles and shrugs it off as nothing.

Style: taijutsu,

Main jutsu/techniques: No real moves per say she usually just flies by the seat of her pants but it's noticeable she rarely uses her hands.

Bio: Found at the gates of the leaf village she was raised by the entire village so to speak considering she never stayed in one place long enough. Having a knack for adventure she took to the missions of the village with a twinkle in her eye, even the low ranking ones. She was taught to fight by Lee and too to it with a passion. She never learned any techniques as it were but she had high speed and stamina. Her legs the most powerful parts of her body she uses them almost constantly and trains her legs more than anything becoming a sort of kick boxer. She flew through the exams with ease and had no trouble reaching her current level. A friend to all not matter where is goes she is a formidable opponent in the ring. A good kick from her and most people are out cold for days.

Appearance: Male, 6' 1" Wears navy blue shirt (Sleeved, but not a hoodie or thick sweater) , black belt with black pants, black shoes, dark red gloves (that are open at the fingertips and palms) and dark red, thick shades. Muscular build, not shown through his clothing however. Black hair, ear length, straight. Wears his Headband firmly around his neck.

Personality: Quiet, alert, but prefers solitude. Often meditating or practicing his training in an open area.

Style: Byakugan and Bio-electrical sight

Jutsu/Technique: Sillitsu has Byakugan, and while only being average in Tai Jutsu, he makes it up for his bio-electrical sight. Sillitsu cannot only see Chakra coursing through people and objects that they have concentrated it into, but he can see electrical signals racing throughout the entire human body - from brain, to muscle. This allows him to predict attacks almost as good as the legendary Sharingan Eye (Sorry if I spelt that wrong). Sillitsu also possesses the ability to shut-down limbs by channeling Chakra into his opponent's limb's main nerves. Thus, while not severing the nerves, interrupts the flow of electricity - temporarily paralyzing the limb.

Weaponry: Chakra powers aside, Sillitsu is still blind, so he has weaponry to compliment and surprise his enemies. To impress his enemies and audience, he uses Kunai, better than any other blind person he has fought. He has a lot in case his enemies continue stubbornly to keep their distance. He also has a blind-man's stick he uses in combat, mostly swinging it around in the air, making sure hes not about to run into (or off of) any hard obstacles. His constant need to tap objects around him makes his battle tactics less subtle and stealthy. The stick has a dagger that can pop out at the push of a button, adding a more lethal edge to his jabs.

Bio: Being born blind all of his life, Sillitsu has had trouble fitting in with others. He's always had trouble getting around the village, this, coupled with the other ninjas mocking that he wasn't as good as they were at Tai Jutsu caused stress on Sillitsu. With this stress, has ran into some anger problems in his past. Sillitsu has put that behind him now, proud in his talents and hard work. Confident that even if he doesn't overcome hard obstacles in future; that he did his best and will train harder to become a better ninja.

Law to Make: All fighting competitions are to be non-lethal. They will be to the point where the opponent looses consciousness, surrenders, or is unable to perform any action.

[B]Personality:[/B] Chay has an unusual look on life revealed by her random acts like: giving strange looks to people unprovoked, obsessively collecting snow globes, and is most often found reading books on marine creature anatomy. In battle Chay often analyzes her opponent, to get a basic idea of their fighting style, before making any rash actions. Socially Chay is a non-social butterfly, often staying out of sight and observing others.

[B]Bio:[/B] Chay grew up as the black sheep of her academy class. While she maintained quite high grades, she had very few friends, and most of the class mocked her for being a browner and a nerd. Chay's relationship with her parents was never the greatest, having very little support from her parents in what she wanted to do. Her clan specialized in ninjutsu fire techniques, but her passion was for intricate genjutsu, this often led to fights between Chay and her parents. She secretly sought out a sensei specializing in genjutsu, and after much discussion she convinced him to take her under his wing as a pupil, against her parents wishes. Her parents still regret not continuing the clan's lineage and often remind Chay "it's her fault the clan will die."
