Anime Trigun Dvd box set

I bought the Trigun Dvd Box set from a person online and I think it might be bootleg, but i can't really be sure.
It has all 26 episodes on 3 discs and I think it's all regions, which leads me to believe that it is. Plus, the cover is just a plastic clear sleeve like thing that I also got on my Aishiteruze Baby box set, which i now know IS a bootleg.
I looked it up on Amazon and the picture given looks identical to my box set. Does anyone one know if this-http://www.amazon.com/Trigun-Collection-Episodes-1-26-3-DVD/dp/B000VSTTXA/ref=pd_cp_d_1
is a bootleg?
I really would like to believe it's official because i really hate bootlegs, but I guess it's my fault for not asking the person ahead of time.

never mind. It IS a bootleg. sigh.
