Anime Fullmetal Alchemist

Yo! Just curious on who are your favorite Fullmetal Alchemist characters. You may list as many as you want,just don't take up the whole page. Anyway, mine are:
1.Edward Elric
2.Envy(hence my name)
3.Lust

Well, in the anime, my #1 favorite character is definitely Lt. Havoc. He's nowhere [I]near [/I]as awesome as he was in the manga, but he still struck me as cool. I think I just like his attitude and even though he seems a bit unwilling at times, he's incredibly loyal and a great person.

Greed's probably my second. I won't list any spoilers, but he was so different from the other sins. He had a more human feel than the rest of the homunculi wasn't reall even a bad guy. He cared about his comrades and was an overall likeable guy.

Izumi was another great character. I really didn't like her as much as I did in the manga, but she was still incredibly cool to me. I liked the relationship between her and her husband too. They're so lovey-dovey with each other, but with Ed and Al, she seems to prefer tough love and is pretty hard on them at times.

There's a lot more great characters in the series, more so in the manga, but these three are probably my favorites, excluding Ed and Al.

Well, I just wanted to ask. Do any of you know if the FMA movie is going to come out on DVD? I was browsing through a livejournal community and everyone was clawing their eyes out on July 23rd asking if there would be at least a raw version of the movie (although, I have to tell everyone that it is improbable, impossible, that we will be able to see anything unless a DVD comes out). omg, I remember that XD We'll just have to wait until the movie comes out on dvd in japan when the fansubbers can get it (which I personally don't mind). do they have extra security in theatres in Japan compared to the U.S? I mean, with all the bootlegs of Hollywood movies, you'd think they'd be able to do the same.

[color=darkslateblue] Shite, I hate it when people do that. Someone posted a bittorrent for some FMA special, and it ended up being [spoiler]vomit lesbian porn[/spoiler]. And yeah, I can't believe the sheer amount of people who were expecting a raw of the FMA movie. Even the Naruto fanbase (which is probably larger than FMA's) had to wait for about a year until they got anything.

I've seen pretty much all of the episodes of the first season. I find this show quite awesome. I love the whole feel of alchemy and stuff. It's pretty sweet.

I love how this show is always twisting and you never really know what is going to happen next. The whole plot just keeps you on the edge of youre seatfor the whole thirty minutes of it.It's pretty awesome.

I personally like the new style of artwork done in this show. They add alot of detail to the characters and thier whole appearance. The characters in this show are pretty strange, but I find that I like the wierd things that make up those characters.

Overall I like FMA alot and plan on continuing to watch it as it goes through the second season.

I got something important to say... Envy from FMA is not a boy or a girl. Envy cant remember what he/she was. I can prove this, just buy the 4th DVD of FMA and look in character profiles. It says it there.

AHhhh but though the profiles say it they don't want to give it away. Later in the series when they explain how the homunculus form you'll understand why everyone refers to Envy as a female.

I think he can because if you see the trailors for the movie I remember him doing alchemy and he would have to use both of his arms.

I don't know why he wasnt using his arm... with his dad.

A couple weeks ago, my sister and I ordered a replica of the pocketwatch, which also came with a necklace holding the seal of the military (the squiggly lizard thing?) and a book all written in Hong Kong-ese. XD IT CAME TODAY! *even bigger fangirl squeal* The watch even has the "Don't forget" and the date inscribed on the inside!

I recently pre-ordered the volume 6 + tin + OST set; I had been expecting all three tins to be the same color, but apparently they're going to end up being black --> white --> red, which is actually a lot cooler as far as I'm concerned.
