This is my unhappy face.

The more I see shots of the playable characters running, the more I dread trying to walk around a city. Everything's all big and shiny and 3D and I don't like it... I guess I'll get accustomed to it, though.

I can not wait to get my hands on a Pokabu~!

Or, as you said, the Pokemon Musical contests. Some are also speculating that he's related to N, given the green hair, and/or he works for him in some fashion [since a popular speculation right now is that N is the one being crowned in the opening sequence].

I thought that too, but the screenshot didn't look much like a gym to me. One of my friends speculated that the room looked like a museum, or one of the Pokemon academies that are in every gen. Maybe you actually get to battle one of those teachers for once? I know the Gym Leaders have rather colorful wardrobes, but the apron just screams "HI I'M YOUR MOM" to me. Maybe you can battle your mom? XD ...that'd be awesome...

So far, the only unconfirmed ones are the Chimcheo evo and Duskull pre-evo, everyone else on the spread is confirmed though, including the sarcophagus ([url="http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/pokemon.shtml"]confirmed here[/url]). The spread is CONFIRMED fake, which means the art is likely fake but the Pokemon should be real. I'll keep this edited with updates as they come. Though Luvdisc was the most useless thing ever, why would they evolve it???

In other news, Game Freak director Junichi Masuda has updated his blog with an unexpected announcement. Pokémon Black and White Versions will only feature Generation V Pokémon up until the player acquires the National Pokédex. It's supposed to be like Gen 1 games, I guess, but we could sort of see it coming since the routes reset itself back to Route 1.

There were evo lines, such as Oddish and Poliwag, that got additions, so a four-stage chain isn't entirely out of the question.

This is a very interesting bit of info, and it really looks like they'll be doing a minor reboot of the series. It's great to see a main Pokémon game take on a new graphical appearance, even though most of the other innovations for B&W seem to be quite trivial.

Story-wise, I'm still hoping they would do away with the "visit 8 gyms and then beat a tournament" trope, because they certainly could go much deeper than that if they wished to.

There's also a new Pokemon revealed by demo players that is called Tabunna, it is pink and round and is a Normal-type, looks like a strong fighter, and at level 10 knows Growl, Helping Hand, and Double Slap.

The Victini you capture after obtaining the Liberty Ticket will know the attacks Incinerate, Quick Attack, Endure, and Confusion. Incinerate has 15pp and burns the Berries on your opponents, making them completely unusable. Victini is in the basement of the lighthouse on Liberty Garden Island. Apparently, you are investigating an incident on the island and meet Victini in the process. It'll reappear if you K.O. it accidentally. To access this area, you need the Liberty Ticket; its distribution will take place from September 18th to October 18th via Wi-Fi.

There will be a new in-game season each month of the real year, meaning three seasons a year. Wild Pokemon will vary by season and area.# A new mini-game called PokeShifter will allow you to transfer Pokemon from fourth generation games to Black and White using two DS's. In a Pal Park-like manner, you select six Pokemon to transfer over on the DS with your fourth generation game and then encounter them in a grassy field in Black and White on the second DS. You use a sling shot to shoot Poke Balls at your Pokemon as they jump out of grass and back in, and when you hit them, you re-capture them. The PokeShifter is only available after you defeat the Elite Four, confirming their presence in the game.

Dual wild Pokemon battles occur in dark green grass.

You and your friends Belle and Cheren leave from your hometown of Kanokota Town and meet Team Plasma in Karakusa Town. There, one of the leaders is giving a speech to the local Trainers in which he says, "As humans, what is it that we should do?"

TMs will no longer expire after one use - you can use them as many times as you want, like HMs!

The journey will once again revolve around collecting eight badges. Dento is the first Isshu Gym Leader - you fight him in Sanyo City. Aloe is the second Gym Leader, a black woman you fight in Shippou City. It is a very traditional city and has a museum, which is apparently part of the Gym. Its train rail lines are 100 years old. In both Gyms, you have to answer quiz questions to battle Dento and Aloe. For Dento's Gym, one of them asks about type compatibility, and in Aloe's Gym, one of them asks "What's is something that you eat, is warmed in a pan, and is delicious?" A Vaporeon you meet in the Dream World has Hydration as its ability, meaning Pokemon can now have non-standard abilities! The other Eeveelutions you can obtain in the Dream World will also have different abilities than usual. Many Pokemon you meet in dreams will have different abilities than usual. There are no Berries in the Isshu region. They only appear in the Dream World.
