Request The Witcher Avi and Banner

I've been on a witcher kick since I got it so i'm all excited for the second one so I wanted to see if I could get a cool avi and banner. However, I am not sure if i want the Witcher Medallion to be the Avi and have the main character, Geralt, as the banner or have it the other way around. So, i'll just put up some pictures and see what you guys can create, thank you very much.

If you need any other pictures just let me know, I just thought these would be best ones. Also, I wan the phrase, "I'm not an assassin or an avenger, I'm a Witcher" in the banner. You can change the phrase around if it doesn't fit, it's all good. Alright, other than that, have fun with it.
