Request USMC Banner and Avi combo

Hey fellow OB members:

Looking to get a new Avatar and Banner made for myself. I'm in negotiations with going back into the Marine Corps and would like to show my pride by getting a custome made banner and avatar made to show it.

I would like to know if someone could use this picture for my banner, either squeeze the whole thing if possible or make it on their own. Would also like to have my name on the banner if possible to fit that in as well:
