Cibo
Heck, I'm 5'9" and I only weigh 130 lbs. But I have little to no fat on my body as well. Plus a HIGH metabolism helps a bit too. So I'm like 30 lbs underweight. :( I don't mind tho, its all compelte muscle.

Don't worry... it may hurt now... but you will get used to it..... and quickly too ;)

But I like the pain, although i don't get it bad now. This morning I ran 10kms in 50mins. How cool is that:D
Shy
About 3 years ago I was a member of a gym, I hated it. I find it so boring just sitting there and lifting stuff for hours on end, so I left after a few months. You couldn't even tell that I ever went to a gym now, I got so tall that any muscles I once had stretched out. I am practically a skeleton now, lol. Red
Wow most of you guys like going to the gym...... I don't really see much point to it. I'm 6ft tall and I weigh 12 stone (I don't know what that is in pounds). But I can move quite quick when I want to. You guys should try martial arts, that builds up your muscles in a more natural way.
