Sere Tuscumbia
This is just one of those odd poems you write and you don't even think 'bout it . . . Babylon Past the break of dawn A new sun rises On a lonely, desolate world. How many there are gone Migrating to a better place? The sun rises high Casting long shadows on the heaps. He can hear Mother Earth cry out Her voice rising and falling in a never-ending wail. The fun falls And a blood-red moon hangs high above As if Artimus had bled Down her silver chain, And onto the moon. The chain dangles perilously And the moon tries to fall from the heavens. Father Sky longs to cradle his children of light Holding them chose, and whisper words in their ear. But Mother Earth's cries break through the silence As the moon dies out Over an unforgiving world. "The crack pours blood down on the unworthy, And leaves them to face the darkness alone." ~!*Sere*!~ P.S. Thanks for ignoring me, I hate you too! :flaming:
