Guest Voodookanaka Posted February 24, 2002 Share Posted February 24, 2002 kuja or the demon thingy? the only weakness of the demon thingy is that its moves loop every few turns, so if u can get into a routine its easy, other than that i cant remember any, just make sure u have a lot of immunity type abilities on. Charles Posted February 25, 2002 Share Posted February 25, 2002 If you're talking about the boss after Trance Kuja then I may be of some help. If your characters are above level 43 the fight won't be all that difficult. The main problem with this boss is that he uses two strong magic attacks, which are Grand Cross(or Grand Chaos, I can't remember the exact name) and Neutron ring. The first one inflicts a bunch of status ailments. Hopefully you have Curaga learned. I'm pretty sure that Neutron Ring is even stronger. Basically if you can survive these spells you've got the fight in the bag. Just make sure that you don't cast too many magic spells because he counterattacks. SephirothNIN Posted February 26, 2002 Share Posted February 26, 2002 Nah he's not weak to anything, and he just comes out of nowhere and says he's Necron and he must destroy you and blahblahblah, forget why exactly. Easiest way is to bring Quina along and have him protected against all the main status effects like berserk, confusion, stone....stuff like poison and blind don't matter. Anywhoo have him use angel snack, cures the entire party's status. I forget where you learn that tho...oh well, he wasn't too hard I think, had more trouble w/ last boss of FF4, he only had 1 move that he kept using over and over and over, grrrr damn Big Bang Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Tifa Posted February 27, 2002 Share Posted February 27, 2002 ohh... you mean necron, i don't think he has a weakness, i just kicked his *** with my lv. 42 characters, it helps if you have either eiko or dagger in your party, and if you have both, have one learn phoenix, and one ark, (phoenix because it sometimes uses rebirth flame) and.. just pound away, it isn't too hard especially if you have all the anti- status effect abilities learned/equiped ^_^ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
