Prom?????

[color=blue]What does everyone think of school dance such as prom, homecoming, winter ball, ect.? Do you guys attend... and if you do... what do you think of them? Are they cool or not?

Personally, our school's homecoming is the dumbest thing in the world... the DJ's always suck and there are only like 50 people there:sleep: ! Prom is always a good time because only juniors and seniors can go... which makes it a whole lot better!

Well I am still in Middle School so no Prom here....I can't wait to get into high school for all that fun stuff...lol...*waits for everyone to laugh* But yeah the one time our school had a dance it was pretty much a dud I was the only guy dancing with another girl...and hardly anyone danced...they all played basketball:rolleyes:

[color=deeppink]Middle school is the good times! We used to have dances when we were in 7th grade.... actually the whole 7th grade used to go to camp and they would teach us how to dance! Haha.... it was a bad sight! Savor the middle school times though, they are the best! :) [/color]

anyway i never went to the dances or really cared.
thou my senior year the pom pom squad girls (kinda the popluar girls in school (like cheerleaders eleswhere)) were upset w/ me for not going :/ so uh yea...
dunno why they wanted me to go they all had dates, but then again i did tell off my coach which got the entire school to know who i was of 4000 kids... it was odd

I, for one, never went to a prom before, this is my first time this year. As for dances, my 8th grade dance was kinda cool except I didn't have a date and had to stand on the wall like a moron with the other geeks. This year, i probably won't go because I don't have a date...I'm trying to get Gojay to go with me but he's all mean and stuff....and we're supposed to be friends!!!

when i was little in school i went to one, i left being the only person to have kissed anyone AND i had three ppl who i was apparantly going out with the next day :worried: im just too friendly. so ive never been to one since. oh and theres one for college soon though i may go to that.

Under those circumstances, I don't think I'll go to the prom... It's expensive, and if I want to go and do absolutely nothing, I can do that at home for free... Plus I'd have to get dressed up. Actually, if I do go to my Prom, I'm going to go in jeans and a tank top.[/COLOR]

Bla, we only haves school dances called...... "school dances"... :D I've been to few.... not very good, but some were great. :toothy: We only have them about 3 or 4 times a year....

Well now that I am no longer a senior, i reflect back on the dances I did go to. I remember my first dance the night I was rejected by 10 girls all in one night!:( At first I thought it was just some bad mojo working but the other dances I went to I ended up not dancing and really having a lousey time.:( So it is pretty apparent that when my senior year came around I didn't go to my prom even though all my family scolded me for not going. The fact of the matter was I really didn't like the music they played, I didn't have a date, my chances of getting a date were slim since I really don't know many girls!:bawl: On top of that I had embrassed myself enough at dances in the past so I figured I would save myself from one last mental scar.
