It may be possible that life could be formed on one of Jupiter's moons...not like humanoids but just microscopic life forms. One of their moons as water inside it...and the other has tons of heat. So it might be possible...the thing is, no one's ever really gone that far to look closely.

Every living thing is based on Hydrogon and Carbon. Without those things, there can be no life. Therefore, the aliens cannot evolve to a point where they don't need Hydrogen and Water, because without them, there wouldn't even be the single celled amoeba's to evolve into aliens.
Keep in mind that according to life as WE know it, the basic elements of hydrogen and carbon are neccessities. Take into account that life evolves according to it's environment, and the possibility for life not requiring these things becomes open...

well, i think that et may be out there, but ya know we are in an older section of the uinverse, so if there is other life out there, it might not be intelgent enoughf to have radio or space tech. but, i do think that something it out there, with ove 100,000,000,000 stars, all with planets, ya would kinda think that if a quterpercent of them were like earth, there gonna be something.

I do think aliens exist because we can't be the only intelegent (sorry i can't spell good) peopl out here.I've always beleived in aliens.personaly i think aliens r just like humans they may not live in our solar system but maby they advanced faster than us somewhere out there .

Heh, I remind everyone that the 'modern' human race is so new, and so miniscule, that if the timeline of the universe was 10 miles long, we'd be in like, a millionth of a inch of it. There could easily be other species out there exactly the same as ours, but a few hundred thousand years advanced... Who knows. There could be a massive Universal league, Galaxies being empires like, and each Galaxy having a grand ruler... And we're just in some part of the galaxy that's never been discovered... *looks at watch* Whoops, I'm beginning to ramble...

You can't judge their "evil" by our standards, they might be trying to help us by trying to take over our world(by stopping war, attempting to civalise us...)

I believe that there are aliens all over the universe, and we live in an unknown galaxy (kinda like America before Columbus's discovery).

Also, I think that there are species that are more advanced that us as well as some primitive lifeforms.

When it comes to language, I think that there must be different languages in a species, like us.

Hey, maybe in a planet far away from here there are people asking themselves of our existence:

Alien1-According to the Teachings, we are the only living creatures in the universe.

Alien2-Preposterous! The universe is too big for only one inteligent species.

Okay so I was thinking, people say aliens don't exist right? Right. Why? 'Cuz there's no oxygen/water on other planets.

Ok... but, what if... Aliens don't NEED water and oxygen? Okay so you might be thinking He must be grade 1 or something ...

I am NOT in grade 1...I'm saying:What if the aliens have a totally different evolution pattern in which they evolved to a state in wich they don't need water/oxygen? Ok I admit its pretty far out, but... who knows? :naughty:

So what do you think about my far out theory???
There are life forms that are anaerobic.. i don't think your stupid..

In fact if aliens did exist they might not be so alien.. i mean.. no one said that they have to be little green men from mars.. they could be very similar to us.. perhaps more advanced.. perhaps very primitive.. its just to think that we are on the only planet that spawns life is rather .. depressing..

We don't even know how humans started.. maybe god.. eh.. maybe big bang started the solar system and for some reason earth happened to spontaneously generate life by synthesis of organic molecules.. starting with anaerobic life forms.. such as certain bacteria.. if thats the case then theres just as much as a chance of that happening elsewhere..

No to mention they could be exactly the same as us, only from a different planet.

Well yes, I do believe that there's life out there other than us humans or other "worlds" containing what might be aliens. If you've watched the news lately, scientist have found that there was once water on the planet Mars, which is now frozen.

Now, think about this... there was once an ancient civilized colony on Mars and their planet was being destroyed. (Atmosphere, astroids ect..) They might have moved to Earth. Hah, yes, this theory is just too impossible, but you never know. Hell, the civilized colony could've been Atlantis???

I hope our technology speeds up and we can actually get some proof of other life forms in other parts our galaxy and others. :)

It's pretty difficult to think that in an infinite universe, we are the only ones. I don't think all those stars and galaxies are there for our amusement.

Anyway, how can you think aliens don't exist, when you can't even begin to imagine the size of the Universe, never mind what is in that Universe.

Well scientists haven't exactly proved how big the Universe is. All they now is that there's the planets, the sun, and the stars, and that there could be more than just this Universe. So just think, there mightn't be any aliens in our Universe, but they could be in another Universe....

I'm not saying they're not in our Universe... :)

I think that eventually our world will become sophisticated enough to be able to seek out other life forms...not just the microscopic ones on meteorites but other life forms in another galaxy or Universe. It might not happen for a few centuries but I can't even begin to imagine how amazing a discovery that would be. Even more to see how advanced our world needs to become to actually make that kind of discovery possible.

Am I making sense?
