My school had sex education in 7th grade... but it wasn't like they told us that you shouldn't have sex unless it was the person you love... it was like showing us pictures of STDs and stuff to try to scare us!:eek: They don't actually teach you that sex is a beautiful thing if you do it with someone that you love.[/color]

Ok, now listen. If kids are gonna do this **** and ruin their lives, et em. Along time ago I realized that by sitting here and chatting about these topics Im not changing anything, Im not stopping anybody, and Im not havin anymore fun then before. If you wanna stop kids from doin this **** then go out there and get started instead of bickering about it here. No offense to anyone.

[color=royalblue]I don't think anyone is bickering -- it's perfectly fine to discuss a topic like this (especially if it changes a child's opinion on the issue).

In any case, I would like to add that you should please watch your language. I realize that we censor language, but nevertheless, it is inappropriate to use such language on our site.

I'm sorry if I made you sound like an idiot,because if I did I certainly didnt mean to.As for the kids having sex that young,I just figured it was their choice and their problem if they ended up with a kid in the end .

I guess I do think its too young.But,when I try to think about it I can't seem to see on what grounds.

You know what really pisses me off? When these kids lie about being a virgin? Kids! Lying about such things! I mean, what's wrong with bein a virgin? Nowadays thats a trophy one should be able to hold high above their heads.

Totally true. Being a virgin is something to be proud of. I'm not embarassed to say that I am one. When people know this, they tend to show more respect to you. It's my own personal choice to hold off for the right person, and it's a decision i'm completely proud of.

You're absolutely right. People shouldn't look down upon others if they aren't virgins. Like I said, it's a personal choice...and it's something you go through when you know that it will be special... But I've known quite a few girls who have done it because everyone else has. I've also know a few who now have kids they never planned for, no financial security and are basically screwed up. That is just wrong and you might not realise it, but you do look at them differently then.
