(Also known as N-Man. ;)) We are the Triad because... We registered three days within each other. March 29, March 30, and March 31. We've all become mods. (some of us aren't anymore, though.:bawl: ) We're all very popular members. (At least I [i]was[/i]. We've all become friends over this time. We've decided to make a "diary" covering our time at Otaku. Unfortunately, Cera, who's anniversary was today, was too busy to make one. So I have to make one from what I know. Hope I can do it.[/color] [b][i]Cera[/i][/b] [b]The beginning.[/b] Cera came to us early March. She looked around, got familier with the people andworkings, and almost a month later she registered under the name "Cynic42". [b]20 questions and her "sister".[/b] Her first few posts (so I heard) were question after question after question. This is when she met her "sister", GinnyLyn. She answeredall her questions, and they became the best of friends. [b]Became a standard...[/b] After a while of posting, she soon became a well recognized member of the Digimon forums. Around this time, we switched to V2. She then changed her name to Cera. [b]Trouble with the name; posting wonderfully.[/b] Like many other people in V2, Cera had trouble with her name. She changed it from Cera for a while, and it wouldn't let her change it back. She used all sorts of symbols, and couldn't rest on one. ~ ' . ` Around this time, she broke 1000 posts. [b]For a while, nothing too interesting happened...[/b] 'Nuff said. [b]MOD!!![/b] That's right! Cera became a mod! Angel_Saturn_Healer left the boards, and Cera got her position. She's been a mod ever since. [b]End of and era...[/b] I'm not going into this, since it would be the same for me and Cera's. It's the end of V2. [color=deeppink]I'm going to leave the V3 part to Shyguy, since I wasn't here. Unless Cera comes along and adds on to it. I knew I forgot something... I wanted to mention that Voodokanaka and (I think) Warlock has their 1 year anniversary the day after mine, on the 1st of April. Something along the lines of, "Will you be my friend?" I believe it was. I remember Cera's unending cynicism over the months. I always knew she'd wind up a moderator. And who could forget Shyguy411(I think). His first topic was: "Does anyone know?" or something like that. *cries* I love you guys! *grabs them all in a big bear hug...sufficating them* I really should try to do a journal on the things that have happened while I have been here. I run it, with Cera, Shyguy, Cloud, and AJ2K1 working on different subsections. I'm ashamed to admit when I did decide to join, I couldn't find the 'Register' button for about a day... ^_^;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; But yeah, it's nice to hear history about OB... In fact...I seem to remember that I became a mod and Nerdsy hit 3000 on the same day... The night before, we were talking on EIM, and I was saying how I'd make an awful moderator b/c I loved argruing so much. And Nerdsy said that he was at 2999 posts and was going to wait until the next day to hit 3000. We talked again the next night, and I was a mod...lovely bit of irony there. I recall the strangest things... And actually, my first two posts consisted of about twenty questions each. Heh, Ginny answered every one of them and wanted more...great friend, she is. It just goes to show you how many great times these forums have had. My little old anniversary is coming up May 18th. Heck, maybe I can create a little journal of my own. First, my mom doesn't have a credit card [i]or[/i] a checking account, so it's going to be kinda hard to buy the web hosting off of Adam. I do remember grade 8 (2000) and being on otaku, but I don't know if my memories screwed or not o.O ah well, I'll find out one day.
