Vampire Hunter D
This is pissing me off. I've searched around all over the place looking for dbz movies, (not episodes, but the actual movies that have brolli and cooler and those guys.) but I can't find anything besides the ones that have been shown on Toonami. Are those the only ones that got dubbed? If so, I would still like to see some of the others, and it would be a great help if anyone could tell me where I could get them. (If possible, tell me a site where they don't way overprice them.) Thanks:)
Cibo
Well you can order them from a few places on the internet, mostly from Japan. Since downloading them are illegal.
Gogeta-sama
its not that illegal. i downloaded all of the movies using kazaa but alas all of them are gone now cause i just got a new mother board and the guy didnt want to save all of my files cause i had downloaded too much and it would have taken too long. if you are going to do the legal thing then you are going to have to wait until then finally dubb them in english here in the states cause right now i think they are up to 5 and i think my local anime shop said it takes like around 6 months for each to come out. the ones they have now kinda suck but cooler's revenge was pretty sweet i guess. Transtic Nerve
Actually it IS Illegal.... but like everything, there's always a way of getting around it... There's no level of Illegal.... it's either legal or it's not.... in this case, downloading episodes is basically stealing. You are taking something commercially made, putting it on the internet, and giving it away. It's not yours to give away. Who ever distributes it is breaking the law and whoever downloads it basically is now in possesion of stolen property. Regardless, I suppose you could download them logically.... although they are in REALLY crappy quality unless you are feeling brave and download the 600 meg file ones.... They SHOULD sell them at local anime stores or import stores. Also at conventions. You will rarely find any original version of any of the DB movies unless it's by Funi... they simply aren't found when you could buy a fansub copy for 4 times the cost. JCBaggee
Where are you shopping for them? If you're shopping somewhere like Wal-Mart or K-Mart, that's your problem. Go to a store like Best Buy or Suncoast, basically any store that doesn't edit there CD's will have unedited DBZ movies and eps.
Kinetic
Well, in some cases it is perfectly legal to DL them, but that is only if you have already bought the tapes, which would be a waste of space on your hard drive, anyway, read the disclaimer on any site (not filesharing) that lets you DL eps
Red
Yes it is illegal to download episodes, but if you do download them you are wasting your time. Most episodes play at 80kb a second, compared to a normal episode rate of 350kb (roughly), which makes the speed of the video go down, making the video jog and stutter in fast bits of an episode. I don't see why people don't search hard, there are loads of great import places on the net and stores in most countries that do DBZ movies and episodes.
Kinetic
Exactly, I mean, just go to Suncoast or Best Buy, even Sam Goody maybe

Gogeta-sama
considering the only way to get the episodes are through downloading them or buying them off of e-bay or someone who recorded them off of the tv because they have never released the dragonball gt series on vhs in japan. so either downloading them or buying them which is illegal cause they are selling something they arent supposed to. i bought some recorded off of japanese tv but the quality was really crappy and there were some weird commercials too but i still enjoyed it. Gogeta-sama
did you just like not read anything i put down? there are no dragonbal GT epidodes in the states nor movies. the US is up to cooler's revenge and until the next one is finally dubbed it is going to take a really long time to finally get to goku's grandson on movie 13. they should have brought out the history of trunks special though cause its already dubbed. i dont know whats taking forever. or was it just during the cell games that they showed everything about gohan getting torn up by 17 and 18? i cant remember. the cell games were repetitive and kinda boring at times. JCBaggee
U.S. has the first 5 movies, VHS eps up to "A Hero's Farewell", "History of Trunks" special, and "Bardock's Story" special, as well as Dragon Ball eps up to Goku's defeat of General White.
