RPG In It for the Bounty

[Axel--Ignition]

[color=darkblue][size=1][font=century gothic]The year is 4985AD. The sun hasn't exploded, but it eventually used up all its gases a bacame a large black rock. In its wake, were the planets orbiting around it. Earth is now a wasteland. The only thing left, are the souls of the deceased. The deseased that desprately clung to their land... because it was the only thing they had. As said, they all perished... their secrets and tales with them.

Now let's back up a bit:

In the year 4023, elite scientists all around the globe were starting to agree that the end was approaching. They spread the word to future generations until a shining light in the history of mankind was born. In the year 4546, Ian Fra Red created the first mobile space colony on the moon. They built around 40 of these and launched them far away from the Milky Way. Only the rich could go to the colonies, the poor were left to perish as the sun slowly faded away. Many tears were cried, but the same phrase ran through everyone's mind... Glad it wasn't me.

Ian Red was later assinated by a drunk criminal.

Now we come back to the present... The crime rate is up to 98% due to no government control. If anyone tries to start something, give them a week and you'll see their body in the newspaper... their dead body. There is a police force, not a very good one due to killers. They say a policeman dies every 5 seconds...1...2...3...4...5...dead. The colonies rely on the United Bounty Hunters Association (UBHA), an elite band of people who think they are higher than the law. Mainly because there isn't a law in these lawless streets... [/font]



Axel, Tom, and Zee were chillin' at the bar when their UBHA Armlets opened with a new crime. It was just across the street from the bar. Suddenly, they heard a window break as they made their way to the door. There were bank robbers getting away. Axel fires missiles at the front of the car and it spins out. Zee and Tom then come up behind Axel and start firing until the robbers get out of the car withthe money. They need to be dead in order to collect the money, so Axel took out his mag's and shot them both in the head. He then proceeded into opening the armlet database and stated they were dead and scanned a photo for proof. He then went to a dark alleyway where he would meet the rest of his squad...[/color][/size]

Blade stands in the alleyway. He watches Axel, and Tom walk in, and Blade steps from the shadows, into a street light.
[B] Blade:[/B] So, I see you guys got there first. Oh well. Nicley done. I just got one on my armlet. Seems there is a Hostage Sutiuation downtown. Shall we?

[I] All of them agree, and Blade jumps on to his Ducati, and races down there. Axel, and Tom get into the Charger, and follow. [/I]

[B] Axel: [/B] Well, whats the status?

[B] Blade: [/B] Well, it seems as there are about 14 hostages up there. Being held by the Struggle Corp. I will Snipe the opratives from that building** points to skyscraper across the street** You guys go in when i give the signal.
[B] Axel: [/B] Roger.

[I] Blade runs to the building, and quickly gets to the roof, and peers into the building across the street. He scans the floors quickly, and sees only a few sentries. They drop easily. He takes out the other snipers on the roof, and gives the go ahead for Axel and the others............[/I]

Tom, Axel, and Zee (you forgot about him) creep into a side entrance of the building. From there they decide to split up. I take the air duct to an elevator. I then get spotted by a guard and quickly take him out with my sword. I wind up on the 59th floor... two floors down from the roof. He then finds the one he's there to kill. He finds Zee confronting him. Zee slowly backs away in a mixture of fright and bewilderment. Their enemy retreats upto the roof, just out of Blade's sight due to a sattilite dish. There is a small room where the hostages are kept. Suddenly, the leader jumps onto the edge of the building, Blade can now see him.

Leader: I am Sidney Nessron! I challenge you, brother, to a 1 on 1 duel!

Axel: Nessron! [i] Is he talking to me?[/i] I accept!

Sidney: You're on, brother!

He then proceeds to jump down and ready his gun. Axel does the same. Zee shouts "Fire!" and both men shoot and instantly fall off the edge of the building.

Zee and Tom: Axel! Nooooo!

Axel then snaps awake and thinks fast...

Axel: [i]What can I do... Is this the end? Wait... I have an idea![/i]

Axel shoots a few rounds of missles at the ground and the air moving up from the explosion slows Axel's fall. This causes him to land on his feet and break both of his legs. The money he got from the robbers was used to pay for the hospital. Two weeks later he was back on his feet, renewed...[/color][/size]

[i]Anima scoffed at what she saw, she was leafing through a newspaper, when she came accross a picture of two young bounty hunters mangled beyond recognition curtisey of the CORP. The ciggaret in her mouth rolled as she sighed.[/i]

Anima: damn punk bounty hunters, always giving us a bad impression....

[i]Anima pushed her dark sunglasses up on her nose, tucked the newspaper under her arm and walked away from the magazine stand casualy. As bad as it sounded she still had the theif in her, she grinned coyly.[/i]

Anima:[i]idiots, all of them....[/i]

[i]her head spun around as she heard a shot ring out, two bullets wizzed past her head, Anima chuckled, today was starting out to be a little to good to be true. She looked to see who her assailant was. It was some dumb teenage kid, blue mohawk and all. He looked terified, anima wasn't sure if it was more so the fact that she dodged his shots or that he had actualy fired a gun. Anima's glasses slid down as she threw him an intimidated glare, she brushed back the left side of her waistcoat to reveal her sawed off shot gun then raised her eyebrows. The kid took off. Anima feeling bored decided to chase him down, he was a fast runner, but not fast enough. Anima had eventualy cornered him, on a closser inspection he only looked to be thirteen or so, and he was close to tears, a perfect oportunity to have some fun. She approached him as he cowered against a brick wall, he had droped his gun at her feet, a meagre pistol and he covered his head. Anima tilted her head to the side, her sunglasses flashed.[/i]

Anima: did you think it wise to be playing with something so dangerous young man?

[i]the kid let out a small whimper, Anima was loving every second of it. She slid her glasses off and stared at his cowering figure.[/i]

Anima: are you going to answer me? or am I going to have to shoot you?

[i]The kid shook as he glanced at her exposed shotgun.[/i]

Kid: p-please don't kill me....

[i]his voice cracked in a halfway through puperty tone.[/i]

Kid: I was hired, she made me do it!

Anima: who, who made you do it?

Kid: sh-shro! she paid me, I have no quarrel with you!

[i]Anima's expression changed to that of disgust and anger, the kid cowered before her, tears now streaming down his face. She turned and placed her sunglasses back on the bridge of her nose, then turned her head sideways.[/i]

Anima: hey kid, stay off the street and don't talk to strangers or I will have a reason to kill you....

[i]anima then turned back, and started walking, the kid never looked happier. He stood up and waved.[/i]

kid: hey thanks bounty lady! I owe you one!

[i]Anima cringed.[/i]

Anima: Piss off kid before I get mad!

[i] and with that she was gone from sight[/i]

Axel is walking out of the hospital. He sees a kid with a metal bat and a pistol run by.

Axel: Hey you! What are you doing?

Kid: This lady, with a shotgun just chased me away.

Axel: You have a pistol! Why didn't you shoot?

Kid: She was scary.

Axel: *Grins evily* Show me her house!

Kid: *points* Over there!

Axel: Thanks! I'll avenge your name! Who do you work for?

There was a slight hesitation in the child.

Kid: UBHA

Axel: Heh, right! I'll go over there.

Axel then goes to Anima's house...[/color][/size]

[i]Anima stood in the entrance hallway to her house, it was clean and eligant, something she could never afford without her late master's help. She moved to the kitchen, and tossed her guns on the table. Anima's expression of anger didn't change since she heard that name.[/i]

Anima: shro........you'll never learn....

[i]Anima reached up behind a cabinet and pulled out an old bottle of whiskey. she didn't know why she still hid things, must be the undying theif in her. Sitting at the table she poured herself a shot and took it down without the wiskey face. she leaned back and stared at the ceiling, one hell of a morning it's been. she head someone at the door, slowly she reached for her magnum then sat and waited, answering the door is what they'd want her to do, and it would be a fatal mistake.[/i]

[Axel--Ignition]

Anima knew that if she opened the door it would be her last motion, but she decided to be peaceful about things.

Anima: Why are you hunting me down? You're with UBHA aren't you?

Axel: Yeah, I was told that you were with Struggle.

Anima: Well, I'm not! *Opens her door and flaps him the badge.*

Axel: Ohhh, ok. Why don't you join my team? It says on your badge that you don't work in a squadron.

Anima: You seem pretty cool... *She then stares at his face* Hey, you're one of those people that fell off that building! Is the other person ok?

Axel:I don't know... he was my brother, he should be ok.

Anima: I guess I should join you. There's saftey, and fun in numbers.[/color][/size]

Erm, I'm going to disregard your question due to the fact I told you already, you are alone. And Z11, however it turns out. I know you want to play, did you post in the sign up forum?

Zee and Tom go to Axels room in the Hospital to bring him his breakfest.

Zee: Im sure hes gonna like these.

Tom: Yeeeeeeea.

They open the door to his room.

Zee: Dude hes gone.

Tom: HES BEEN KIDNAPED!!!!!

Zee walks over to the window.

Zee: Or maybe hes flirting with the girl who lives across from the hospital.

Tom: Uhhhhhhh...wanna go over there?

Zee: Okay but let me get my weapons first.

Tom: Yea me too.

They get their weapons and went towards Animas house.

[I]Frost grins from an alley. He walks out in all white, and sunglasses. He looks around, and begisn to smile, as he goes to a nearby bank, and walks in, and chains the doors shut. [/I]

[B] Frost:[/B] Hmmm, what to do now...... I have an idea, **yelling** DROP THE JEWELS, AND THE CASH. mOVE, AND YOU GET TO TASTE MY BULLET!!!!!!!

[I] One citezen tries to pull otu a knife, and he falls to the floor, and one pistol is smoking from the end. [/I]

[B] Frost:[/B] Anybody else wanna try???

[I] Frost grabs some of the cash, and jewels, and walks out of the building, and Jumps into the car thats waiting. 4 blocks later, he pushes a button. The building collapses, and all inside die.

Blade arrives on the scene, looking at the devastation. He calls axel on his armlet, and says that we have a situation, to get down here fast.

Blade leaves a note, and jumps on the Ducati, and speeds off in te direction of the Struggle CORP members.......[/I]

*Cough Cough* You need to read more throughly, I've been out of the hospital and Anima just joined our team!

[color=darkblue][size=1]As Anima and Axel were heading out to the ship Axel stops... He talks to Tom for a bit while Anima keeps walking. Suddenly, Axel gets a call from Blade to go to the jewler... On his way, he finds on of his worst enemies, Frost. Frost comes up to him...

Frost: Hello Sidney, sir! How are you doing today, come to see how I did it?

Axel: [i]Sidney! How is he confusing him with me, we look nothing like eachother... was that Sidney I met that day... really my bother? ...Well if I'm fooling him, might as well get the jewels back...[/i] Well, I came to collect your goods so you can go to your next assignment.

Frost: Ok, here you go!

Axel then wait til he's gone, then gives the jewls and the money back.[/color][/size]

[I] As frost is walkign away, he realizes that Sidney had a scar above his left eye, but this person he thought was sidney, did not. [/I]
[B] Frost:[/B] Hmmmmmmmmmmmm

[I] frost turns and says[/I]

[B] **axel posing as Sidney**[/B] ummmm, uhhh. Yeah, I did, sorry I forgot to mention it.

[B] Frost:[/B] its cool.

[I] Axel wipes a bead of sweat off his brow, as Frost turns down a dark alley. [/I]

[B] Axel:[/B] Whew! That was Close. Good thing that Frost is a moron, otherwise, this would have gotten Ugly.

[I] A sudden shout is heard, and Axel turns, to see Frost's sword at his throat, and a large smile on his face...[/I]

[B] Frost:[/B] See, you are the moron, I am with Sidney all the time. I would have known even if he hadn't told me. Time to die, friend....

[I] Frost draws back, and lunges forward, but Axel flips over, and slams his foot into Frost's spine. frost drops his sword, and ariel flips, and begisn to fire off rounds from his Pistols. Axel gets his in the shoulder, and both stare each other down in the middle of the street. A sudden alert Flashes across Axel's Armlet[/I]
[B]"Axel.....Thats......not......Frost...........Its an impostor.....he..'s....**breaks off**[/B]

[B] Axel:[/B] Grrrrrrrrrrrr.
[I] Axel rushes the Impostor, and he's forzen in his place, and a quick jump roudnhouse snaps the neck of the fake Frost, and he drops, and looks at the Armlet, and see's Blade's signal......[/I]

Cloud maybe me and Tom didnt know you were gone from the hospital.

As Zee goes out to eat he sees someone in a dark trenchcoat. A chill runs down his spine.

Zee: Hmm.....I wonder who that is.

He goes towards the guy in the trenchcoat when suddenly the guy stops and turns around towards Zee.

Zee: Jamie!!!!!

Jamie: heheheheheh

Jamie pulls out a AK-47 and starts fireing.

Zee: Are you crazy??????!!!!....Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Jamie: Hhahahahahhaha....MAYBE.

Then suddenly Jamie runs down a old dark alley.

Zee: Where are you going are you coward?!?!?!?!

Jamie: Cant touch this!!

Zee: We'll see about that.

Zee starts running faster towards Jamie. When Jamie suddenly stops.

Zee: Why.......did.....you .....stop.

Jamie: I've been trying to get you alone to tell you something.

Zee: Whats so important that we need to be alone.

Zee: Dont try to pull anything or I swear---

Jamie Interupting Zee: Im not like that I play fair.

Zee: Heh....When Tom can fly.

Jamie: Yeaaaaaaa.....but I got to tell you this.

Jamie: You are my clone.

[B] Blade:[/B] Geez. These guys just dont quit. ** looks around, and sees the leaders[ frost, and sidney] duck into an elevator shaft** Hmmmm, well, that should be easy enough, I just have to take care of the trash first.

[I] Blade spins around the pillar, and shoots 3 times, and 3 henchmen drop dead. he flips onto the wall, holster's the pistol's, and flips off, draws his sword, and slices through 2 more. [B] Thats 5, 4 more to go...[/B] He lands, and blocks some bullets with the sword, and spins behind another pillar, and hears more shots, and then hears a thud. [B] great, just great, I hope that doesn't mean more are here[/B] Blade turns, and aims both pistol's into Axel's face..[/I]

[B] Blade:[/B] Geex, i could have blown you away, get over here. Ok, how many dod you drop?

[B] Axel:[/B] Just one. We have 3 left. I'll take the left, you take the right. We'll both go for the center.
[B] Blade:[/B] Ready.........Set...........Hike!!!!!!!!

[I] both hunters, run at the wall, and kick onto a pillar, and use the pistol in their right hands to take out their respective henchmen. As they lands, the one in the center whipe out double UZI's, and begins tyo empty the clips. Blade blocks them with his sword, and spins behind the pillar. Axel dodges, and stops to reload. Blade says through the comlink[/I][B] I will throw the bladerang, you pump him full o'bullets. [/B] [U] Roger[/U]

[I] Blade turns,. and throws the bladerang, and as it flies towards the henchmen, Axel turns, and unloads a clip into the guy. Blade spins, and catches the blade, and puts it back into his coat, and walks to Axel, and grins. [/I]
[B] Blade: [/B] it's about time man. They whent upstairs. Shall we scals the outside, or go up the shaft?

** rock paper, scissors, go!!** Blade wins the game, and they go up the shaft

[B] Blade:[/B] Listen, dont fall out of the building this time, ok??

[color=darkblue][size=1]Sidney hears gunshots from some floors downstairs and him and his crew make it out the fire escape. They knew that Blade and Axel were hunting them down after interragating one of Sidney's minions.

Meanwhile, Zee and Jamie had a duel in the alley. Both drew their guns and had a person looking out his window yell "Fire!"
There were two shots then two thuds on the pavement...[/color][/size]

[I] Frost turns to sidney, and points to another shaft, and it leads further up. Both nod, and one goes up, and the other goes down. Beacuse both are wearing simalar clothes, it would be a little hard for Blade and Axel to capture the one they want, whioch is sidney.

Meanwhile.....
Blade and Axel get to the middle floor of the building, and see 2 trenchcoats go in different directions...[/I]
[B] Blade:[/B] Well, which way did sidney go? Up or down?

[B] Axel:[/B] i dont know, you go one way, I will go the other

[I] Blade dives into the shaft, and climbs up the rope, seeing a coat flutter, and dissapear atop the roof. He grins, and pulls hard, and launches himself up itno the air, on the roof, and barely dodges some bullets, and lands looking face to face, with Sidney, who looks like Axel a whole helluva lot. [/I]

Zee fell down as his leg was bleeding.

Zee: Owwwwwwwwwwww!!!!

Jamie: Ahhhhhhhhhh...my shoulder.

Man from the window: You guys ok Im calling the ambulance.

Both: No dont!!!!!

Man: Too late.

Zee over the walkie talkie: Hey Axel come pick me up I've been shot.

Axel: Be right over but where are you?

Zee: Im in the dark alley across from Joes Antique Shop.

When Zee took a look to see if Jamie was ok. Jamie was gone.

[I] Blade gets a call on his armlet, and its Axel saying that he needed to go help Zee, and that Frost would be on his way up the shaft soon. [B] Grrrrrrr, why can't he ever finish the task he's doing!!!!!!![/B] He thinks. Sudden;y, Frost ariel flips out of the shaft, and lands next to Sidney. Blade grins, and stands, with his coat flapping in the breeze. [/I]

[B] Sidney:[/I] How do you expect to win now, eh Blade?
[B] Frost:[/B] I was wondering the same thing.
[B] Blade:[/B] Like this.

[I] Blade grins, as he jumps up. and Superman flips over them, and drops to smoke bombs, and as he lands, they go off, and he hears them say "[B] Damn him, where'd he go!!!!!" "There he is!!!! no, just a shadow...."[/B]

All of a sudden, and quick slice is heard, and so is a thud. One of them starts to get scared, because his comrade has dropped to the ground. A shadow appears behind him, and Sidney swings back, but passes through it. The Smoke clears, and Blade lodges a bullet between his eyes, and Sidney dropps to the ground.

But what surprizes him, is when both of them blow up. They were cyborgs. Somehow, both of them had escaped with out him knowing it. It must have been before he landed the flip.

[B] Curse them[/B] He thought. [/I]

[B] Blade:[/B] Axel, they got away, and are probably chasing your signal. Watch your ***.

[i]Anima wandered the streets not doing anything in particular, she was tired and was getting ready to start for home, if anyone needed to find her they knew she'd be there. Anima wearily climbed the steps to her home, pulling out her house key to notice that the siding for the door was broken. Someone had broken into her house. She pulled her magnum, and slowly pushed the door open, everything in the house was dark except that the kitchen light was on, sending an eerie glow through the hallway. Anima gulped and walked in, trying not to make as little sound as possible, she jumped into the archway of her kitchen to find......[/i]

[I] ........Blade stood in the doorway of Anima's house, and grins as he sees Anima land in adefensive stance, wondering who this intruder is. [/I]

[B]Anima:[/B] Who are you? Why are you in my house?

[B] Blade:[/B] Well, I noticed that some members of the CORP were in here, snooping, so i got rid of them for you. It looked like they were looking for Axel. Btw, do you know where he is?

[B] Anima:[/B] ummmm...no. Should I? Thanks for the cleaning up.

[B[ Blade:[/B] No Prob. Just a question. We were infiltrating Struggle's base, when he had to ditch to cover a friend of his. It was interesting. All we have encountered so far is impostors. We could use your help. I know your one of us, shall you follow me to the Base?
[I] Anima looks questioningly, and folows blade to a sewer hole, and drops down after him. [/I]
