Well, I assume he means that he's unlocked all the hidden character, stages, options, that sort of thing...

I only need three more trophies on my game, and then I'll have everything... Which will be very satisfying. The last one that I'll get will probably be Diskun, becuase you have to get all 249 bonuses to get it... I think I'm missing around 20 or so. Then, I need the Captain Olimar trophy, but I'll get that as soon as I clear off one of my Memory Card 59s, and start a game on Pikmin (my friend has it, and he's letting me borrow it). ...I'm not sure how to get the other one that I'm missing.

Not many people can say for sure that they have beaten nearly everything in Super Smash Bros. Melee, and I commend both of you. The game looks extremely difficult (although I have only played it at friend's houses), much more than that of the prequal for Nintendo 64, which I, myself, own. However, you should only take pride if you have done this without the use of a strategy guide, or you cannot say that you have beaten it, only followed the directions to completing it. Sure, either way it's hard, but doing it by yourself takes the most skill.

I with you desbreko, that 249 bonus challenge is extrememly hard and im no where near getting those. I've sort of stopped trying to get those since its the only one I need left. It would bt nice to have it though..........good luck........

You mean you still don't have it. That sucks. Well I have almost everything. I am missing some trophies and like 2 characters plus some stages, but other than that I have a lot. I know its not as impressive as Slasher and other people. I really don't care its fun playing with Roy. He's the best to bad you can't use Giga-Bowser, that'd be awsome.

I've gotten all the characters finally. I must say I was disappointed with Mewtwo, especially considering what a ***** it was to get him.

I can't even attempt to get those 3 N64 levels... I suck horribly at Home Run Derby lol.

Yeah, I know about the Food trophy... I guess I just forgot about it, though... Heheh, I guess I know how to get all of them after all. Currently I have around 775 matches, I think.

Well, I haven't used a guide at all. Not once, even though my friend offered to lend it to me. (He got it free with his Nintendo Power subscription, but he doesn't have SSBM; he just borrows it from me).

Hmm... looks like you'll have to wait just like us, Sephiroth... The GCN was released on November 18 here in the US, and SSBM was released on December 3 (the same day as Pikmin). Of course, I had to wait for Christmas just to get the system, let alone a game, so it didn't make any difference, in my case.

A trick for the Home Run Derby: Pick Yoshi, and pick up the Home Run Bat first. Then jump up and immediatly do the Down+A air move on Sandbag. If you can pull it off quick enough, Yoshi will just barely jump, but he'll hit with all of the little kicks. Do this for as long as you can, and then hit Sandbag with a Smash Attack from the Bat. If you do the Down+A air enough times, you can get over 2,000 ft. (I got just over 2,000, doing it pretty much perfectly). This should unlock the Yoshi's Island stage, I think. I'm pretty sure you need 1,500 ft. on one character to unlock it, or around that far.

Umm... I just said that you have to hit it with a Smash Attack... You just repeated what I said, which is considered spam.

But yeah, like I said, you have to hit it with a Smash Attack. I don't think it really matters what part of the Bat hits it, but I'm not entirely sure (I just get as close to it as I can). But if you hit it with a Smash Attack using the Home Run Bat when it has 100% or over, it should go 1,500 ft., I'm pretty sure. I think I had about that much damage on it, when I hit it over 1,500.
