Guest Akito Posted August 26, 2001 Share Posted August 26, 2001 Well, it's a very simple thing. U see, I'm apart of this group that has three lvls, local, state, and nationals. They hold competitions, if ur a officer, u can go without winning any competitions, but u have to pay... So, most catagories, if u place first or second, u go onto the next lvl, in a few, only first place can continue. U see, at nationals, u meet ppl from all over the country, so, that is basically where we all can meet, if ya make it, but, I have faith in alot of u guys that u can do anything u set ur mind to!
