It's what I like to call the "anti-stupid talk rule!"... glad we have it too... it stopped those weirdos from writing in l33t or whatever it's called. I'm sure he'd be much more interesting. But since you're not old enough to get into a club, my second advice is to find another guy in school, or ride your bike to another town and find a guy there.
