It does turn golden when he transforms into a stage of Super Saiya-jin. And, actually, the fusion did take place a long time ago if you're talking about the series in general. The entire DragonBall series has been over and done with for a while. Though, here in America, they have yet to show the episodes on Toonami, though I have seen the video tapes for when they fuse. So it boils down to this. If he is speaking technically, he is right, they have already fused. But America has now gone back to "The Arival of Raditz" and yesterday was..."Goku's Unusual Journey". I do believe thats what it was called... At least all the other bad guys could actually hold a (pointless) conversation while they were fighting. Freiza's voice was the best for a bad guy IMO, his final form. In one ep up coming he asks a girl if he's sexy and to kiss him then she rejects him and he turns here to a chocolate and eats here. Buu can change his face to anythiung he wants, well he can't change his body, but he can his face. Well the ep's haven't been shown in the U.S. I just have my ways.
