Before I start, I'd like to say sorry. I think we got off to a bad start, mods. Rather shakey. Okay, rather is an understatement. I still don't much like the rules, but then again, unless I learn how to hack, I'm rather screwed for a rule change, aren't I? So I might as well make sure I don't get banned. I don't like holding grudges, anyway. All grudges are now let go of and floating off to the Land of Infinite Loosers.

Of course, it is a bummer when your first post is closed not an hour after you've posted it, so understand my predicament.

Let's get going on the questiosn, shall we?

1) What happened to three-eyes and the porceline-doll character? I assume that they died, but why weren't they brought back?

2) How old is Dragon Ball Z, anyway? Dragonball?

3) Is Freiza a guy or a girl? I'm convinced guy, but I have a freind who's been watching it for a while and he says a girl due to the fact that when he and a few other villains were at the gates of Hell and about to attack Goku, Freiza said "Get'm, boys!".

4) How many scales for mesuring power are there? By the Buu saga, they're mesuring it on Killis (Or some variation of that word), but Dabura says that 300 Killis are needed to destroy a planet, BUT at the begining of DBZ Goku had somewhere around 300-500 for a power level (Didn't catch if Raditz said his specific power level, so I'm assuming). Does that mean that Goku could've destroyed a planet at any time durring DBZ?

5) What was Goku's power level at the very end of DBZ? The begining? I'd prefer an actual power level as opposed to 'he could do this', but if that's all you can give me, cool.

6) Merging, or molding, or melding, or whatever it's called - when Saiyjins do it, do they act like two minds in one body (i.e., "We're gonna get you!"), or one mind in one body (i.e., "I'm gonna get you!")?

7) I've heard that there were 13 DBZ episodes never shown in the US due to eccesive violence, language, and/or sex. But wouldn't that be kind of impossible? Wouldn't that kind of mess up the entire series, considering the fact that it's basicly a soap opra with death?

8) No one call me a dubbie. Oops, that's not a question. Well, as long as I'm on that subject, no one call me that.

9) is DBZ the longest running series ever, the longest running anime, the longest running on Toonami, or am I compleately missinformed on it's longest-running-ness.

10) How long does it take a Saiyjin's tail to grow back? I mean, in order to go to SSj x4, they'll need to be able to become a Golden Oozaru, but they can only do that if they have a tail, right? And as far as I know, Goku doesn't have one, at least not in DBZ, so what's up with that?

They just knew they were no long strong enough to compete in any battle anymore.

2) How old is Dragon Ball Z, anyway? Dragonball? DragonBall first aired in Japan February 12, 1986. I'm not Sure about DragonBall Z, but obbiously it was sometime after that.

AH! We're all gonna die!" to me. Though, logically, I'd think that Gokou could always destroy a planet since the beginning of DragonBall Z. After all, Vegeta blew up Arlia on his way to Earth. Though Gokou was slightly weaker than Vegeta at that time, it didn't seem to take that much effort to blow up the planet.

I don't know why this is except that this show is aimed toward kids so kids don't really need to see that stuff I guess. You can always buy fan subs or DVD's if you want. You can watch the original Japanese version then.

It was removed so he wouldn't transform into an Oozaru. Though it can grow back at sight of the moon again as seen in DragonBall Z when Gohan grows his tail back when training with Piccolo. But being the Piccolo blew up the moon, that's not too possible on Earth anymore. I am stil unsure how Gokou regrows his in GT.

power levels and scales had always been a debate n dbz...there may be many different scales ...all i know is that:

the saiyans had a scouter which showed power levels...

so did frieza and his henchmen...

once u get to a certain power level and skill level u can sense power... but u have to compare it...its not accurate accurate..

babidi had a power level finder..

but i believe all of them are on the same scale ...

5) What was Goku's power level at the very end of DBZ? The begining? I'd prefer an actual power level as opposed to 'he could do this', but if that's all you can give me, cool.

if u look at http://www.theotaku.com/dragonball/powerlevels.shtml
it will show u all the power levels...

america doesnt want little kids to be seein that kind of stuff...i think the show is too violent for kids to be watchin period..

8) No one call me a dubbie. Oops, that's not a question. Well, as long as I'm on that subject, no one call me that.

aight

i dont know..theres lots of long runnin anime out there...but db.dbz.dbgt is really long...

Furiza is a guy. Just because he is from outer space does not me he does not have a specific sex. The Saiya-jins are from outer space, and they have men and women. If they did not count them as a guy or a girl they would refer to him as it, instead of he or she. The Nameks are predominantly masculine which is why they are assumed male, but they reproduce asexually (without a partner) being that, as the name pun goes, they are slugs. Notice that the Nameks never used the words "mother" or "father", it was always "elder". Furiza on the other hand, he always called King Cold father, and where there is a father, there has to be a mother, or else it is just a parent (or an "elder") because you can't put a sex to it. And King Cold always called Furiza his son, and if someone is a son of somebody else, they are male. If it were to be an asexual being, they would be called "child" not son. The Nameks also did this, they always called the youth "children", never son or daughter.

Furiza is a guy.

lol, Hey good job answering those questions Piro, but Tien actually has a brief battle with Buu. So, in a way, he does participate with the last major battle of the DragonBallZ series. ;)

And to further answer the question, yeah, as mentioned both characters live. You see both Tien and Chaozu for a moment in DragonBall GT as Gokou rides away on the Shenron in the last episode. Basically they aren't shown much, because as Piro said, they're next to useless on the battlefield.

Okay, I'm going to answer the only one I can. Here goes. In Gt Goku is on the planet Gohan came to with the Elder Kaioshin and another Kaioshin, (not sure which one,) the Elder Kaioshin ask Goku to show him his butt, Goku thinks it's a joke but the Elder says he is going to pull out Goku's tail. The Elder and the other Kaioshin grab some tongs and try to pull out Goku's tail, after a while it still isn't working so Goku tells them that he has a plan and needs to be untied. Goku ties the Elder Kaioshin to a rock, with the tongs and he thinks Goku is trying to escape; Goku asks him to hold onto his tail with the tongs. Then, Goku flies forward and voila! out comes his tail.

I'm pretty sure Gokou gets his tail back when he wishes for it fighting againist Brolli, because he is SSJ2 and cannot go SSJ3 without a tail so Bulma wishes for one and he gets it... Thats what I think it is, correct me if I'm wrong, just don't flame me, not in the mood

sorry but you need a tail to go ssj4 not ssj3. anyways, what happens in the movies doesn't count on the show.

the SSJ3 form and his demon form.during his battle with Broly,Goku was only SSJ2.Broly was the toughest opponent that
Goku has.

2) Its was created sometime in 1982, but not released until a later date.

4) Goku had a Power Level of 330 with his weighted clothes and 410 without them. And his Kamehame strength reached into the 1200 range, so I am pretty sure he could destroy a planet.

5)
Born: 2
Dragonball: 10
End DBGT(Said Level, Not Official): 1 Billion

7) That is correct, 13 episodes were not aired. Had they done the edit process, they would have been left with only 4-5 minutes for a show.

9) DBZ is the longest running show on Toonami.

PIROMUNKIE -

"Show us that you know more than what they show in America and you won't be called that."

Um...well, they haven't shown GT in America, and I know a modest amount about that. That good? Case and point:

"ARGH! I WISH YOU WERE SMALLER!"
"So be it."

And that sets up most of GT. Um...and some point the Dragon Radar is eaten by an alien dragon or something, and that dud helps provide some comedy throughout GT (which was considered a joke series by a lot of fans). Toriyama didn't work on GT. Um...a lot of people think it was made just to popularize a new DBZ game. Uh...there's a reincarnation of Buu named Ubuu (or Uub - for some odd reason, either way it's pronounced Oo-boo).

That enough? I use english names because I prefer them. Saiyjins is easier to remember then Saiya-jins, and so forth. And Freiza sounds better then Furiza (or whatever).

You don't even have to see an episode of the not to be considered a dubbie. If you read up on summaries and stuff like that, watch a few clips of certain events, you are good to go. And everything esle you just pick up along the way :p

...............Like Hell............

It's difficult for the Z Fighters to beat Brolli because he's stronger. But Brolli never goes past USSJ... We see his chibi self, adult self, SSJ adult self, USSJ adult self, and Bio-Android. And about Brolli being Kakarot's toughtest opponent? I think Ii Shenron would be his toughest opponent... Seeing as how he is the last and most powerful foe we ever see in the real series...

Darn the newbies and their assults on my mind.......o.o;;;;;;;;;;;

Acutally, his powers do extend beyond Ultra Super Saiya-jin. :p

Even SSJ2 Gohan has his trouble with him in Movie 10: Dangerous Partners! Super Warriors Never Rest.

I might be wrong, but I think that his level is Legendary SSJ, not Ultra SSJ.

Anyway, Ii Shenron is definitely his toughest opponent. Anyone that can take on two SSJ4 and No. 4 dragon, is one bad dude.

And so begins the AIM debate's debut

Well, SSJ2 Gohan was getting beaten down because Brolli's base power was higher. And also, since Brolli IS the Legendary Saiyan, his power is constantly Legendary...

In that case, it's Legendary Brolli, Legendary SSJ Brolli, and Legendary USSJ Brolli...

I'd copy and paste the entire IM here, but Charlie might not want me to...=/

Well, heck, I don't mind. I'll basically sum up the IM. ;)

You claim that Brolly doesn't have a Legendary SSJ form. Rather, being a legendary super saiya-jin is an extension of his abilities. For instance, his Ultra Super Saiya-jin form will always be stronger than Gohan's SSJ2.

I on the other hand, believe that the level of Legendary Super Saiya-jin is a stage of its own, but only attainable by Brolly in the series, since there can only be one legendary super saiya-jin in existence at once.

Really, it's just like how certain requirements are needed to fulfill the SSJ4 transformation.

Brolly's form can't simply be USSJ because that form's max power was already reached by the other Saiya-jins. Brolly's form is something beyond that. In fact, it's between SSJ2 and SSJ3.

Hey, we newbies have fellings to you know!! Anyway, I know what chibi brolly is, and adult brolly, and ssj brolly, and his bio android, but what is USSJ- is it ultimate? and if so, what is so ultimate about it? Did this make him "legendary"?

I have no clue who Brolli is, but this can be easaly remedied at a later date.

I saw somewhere up there that someone said that Brolli was the most powerful enemy. I love re-stating this opinion over and over again, so:

WRONG.

FREIZA.

Opinion, of course, but then again, consider this: When Freiza was in his Psycho-White-And-Purple-Monkey form, and Goku was weaker then him, Freiza beat the living crap out of Goku. However, when Goku became a Super Saiyjin, and as such more powerful then Freiza, the fight suddenly became fair. Freiza was weaker, but he still almost beat Goku. From that information, I think that, if both Freiza and goku were at an equal power level, Freiza would eventualy win.
