WOW, multi player mode, but i dont see how that would work in split screen mode, if your hiding, then wont the opposition look at your screen to see where you are? And for gods sake no one say that the joypad wont work on it, even though the new smaller version is soon to be released.

This game is turning out a lot better than I thought it originally would.
Substance will build on the Metal Gear Solid 2 experience by adding literally hundreds of new VR missions and noteworthy bonus material. But there's more to Substance than just a series of new mini-missions. Among other things, Substance will remedy Kojima's controversial introduction of Raiden by letting you assume the role of Solid Snake throughout the entire course of Metal Gear Solid 2. The game will also let you play as several other characters, including Pliskin and the cyborg ninja. There are even five new episodes completely unrelated to Sons of Liberty that will take you on entirely new adventures with Solid Snake.

So far the game is slated to release in the U.S. November. This package sounds like a bargain to me. I wonder how good the quality of the new Snake/Pliskin/Ninja missions will be. The actual actors were brught back to re-record the voices of Raiden and Snake, so Konami must be taking this project very seriously. Although the game will also hit the PC and PS2, it's nice to see Xbox getting a game with some effort put into it.

Well, if you haven't seen any screens, then today's your lucky day. Unfortunately, IMG code isn't enabled in this forum, but I'll link you directly to pics provided in GameSpot's preview of the game.

I can't wait for the skateboarding mini game. I'm willing to bet that it's of higher quality than a lot of the Tony Hawk rip-off.s

Lol, I would never imagine seeing Snake on a skateboard pulling off some tricks, and even in a tuxedo.

I would love to try all the mini games and VR Missions that they have on the Xbox version, but what interest me the most is the option to play as Pliskin and the Ninja.:)
