Lucky break!

I have incredible good luck, all the time, even on bad days! I can get to school when everyone deems it impossible! Hah, I showed them!

I'm one of the best in school, got great friends, can get away with virtually anything, and that's just not being particular.

However, I wonder if one day my luck will run out...

Anyway, does anybody have incredible good luck? Or incredibly bad luck? Can you state why as well, if you can think of an example. You don't need to, though.

I'm probly the complete opposite as you, but I don't know if what I have has anything to do with luck...@.@ I was kinda...Dumped into a bad family n.n;;

But, I dunno. Stuff like, well, I do my homework and put it away. Then when I get to the class I put it on my desk, get up, and when I turn around it's gone. ~.~;; I call that bad luck, I have a D in math and I know everything O.o;;

Lol, that's quite unlucky. But it's even worse, when you, like, leave homework at home for a week, then your teacher goes ballistic, along the lines of "I know you haven't done it", when you have.

Lol, that's unlucky, but a D in maths even when you know everything...tough to beat (For me at least)

Well I have some good luck, but not all of the time, I don't know, its like one day, I'm lucky, and the other I have really bad luck. I wish I didn't have either Bad or Good Luck

I don't believe in luck. I believe that everything happens for a reason or another. Like to teach you a lesson or something else. Now if I did believe in luck I would be about 20% lucky and 80% lucky. I always have bad days even if I can't find the meaning or reason behind them.

As \¤~NoodleZ~¤/ said, there is no such thing as luck. Everything happens for a reason. Everything you do, even typing this, will cause something else to happen. Say, someone will boot up their computer to see if there are any replies to this topic, only to find that thier comp has been infected by a Trojan. They would say that that was bad luck. But, it's just fate. That's what I think.

Ahhh....
Once again I am forced to express my opinion.
I don't believe in fate. Believing in fate goes against everything I believe in. I don't lke the idea of fate because that means i can't control my own life. Some may just argue and say that it's fate that I believe that, but I would prefer to stand outside the realm of fate. I would prefer to lead my own life without any interfierence from some predestined cosmic or spiritual bullshit.

And to the question of luck, I don't have luck. I am a horrible person at school and at home. I just never get caught. I am good. I am slick, I am cool, I am not afraid to lie, and I will run away given the chance. I make my own luck.

Ah, you think like my sister. But a day where fate, or fortune, has smiled upon you, is what people deem to be good luck. Good luck is a by-product of fate, and is a name where everything just runs better than normal.

But the way you say it, you make it seem as though fate is one line. I disagree, I believe that fate has many routes, and if on a bad day you take the right routes, you can avoid the brunt of a bad day. Fate isn't written down.

I too believe in the ripple effect you have talked about. Every action has a reaction, every cause has a consequence. If it didn't, then we would not learn from our mistakes.

I have a lucky talisman, a shiny, black marble, but I keep it more for liking it rather than it brings me good luck. I get good lick anyway. Maybe I feed off of other people's lack of luck...

I don't really believe in luck. All of the good things I have are due to my own work and/or Divine Providence. When something's within in my control I don't think it's outcome is 'lucky' or 'unlucky'. And if something's beyond my control, it's .... not fate, just life taking it's course. And I know things happen for a reason, no matter if they're good or bad.
