[I]Neil and I have put together an RPG that we hope will do DragonBall justice. We worked hard to develop an original story that will be unlike anything seen in previous DragonBall rpgs. Honestly, we were sick of the whole "villain from outer space" cliche. We hope that you all enjoy it and participate in what could be magic.

It should be noted that we used actual mythology for the demons to create their bios. We figured it'd be cool to have "real demons." So, as much as I hate to admit it, much of their bios are based on currently existing info. However, the storyline will be totally original and independent of the demon god's orgins. As you will see, they will play second fiddle to original demons that will come into play.[/I]


The Earth fell. Collapsed in upon itself, writhed and buldged like a struggling heart, and stopped beating. The entire concept of humanity vanished along with the ideas and ideals of human compassion.

The time of DragonBalls, sensu beans and saiya-jins have faded into obscurity, becoming nothing more than an ancient myth. However, the earth that the Z-Fighters fought so valliantly to preserve still remained in existence--but barely. Teetering on the edge of destruction, the pitiful mass of soil and ocean buckled under humaity's hatred.

For millenia, gunfire echoed in stale air and the sounds of bombs falling, drowned out blood choked cries of anguish. Ultimately, man came to the conclusion that artillary could not win their divine war.

Thus, the race to conjure demon warriors began. Instead of spilling their own blood on the battlefield, man relied on his demon grunts to decide the fate of humanity.

[B]Demon Grunt Troops[/B][I] Incabable of intelligent thought. Demon grunts are soley the tools of battle, carrying out only what they are programmed to. Ruthless and unforgiving, these grunts don't discriminate based on gender or age. They will destroy all members of an ethnic group or military group that they are ordered to.[/I]


As demon technology progressed, advances in strength became greater. Within a single century after the demon warrior's conception, Demon Gods became a reality.

[B]The Chasm Demon[/B]
[I]The ultimate creation of the Eastern Alliance. The Chasm Demon is rather tall, but usually hunched over. Thus, it is quite difficult to fight. It's skin is a sickly grey with tinges of brown. It is well muscled, with a hideously out of proportion body. [/I]

[B]The Mephguour[/B]

[I]A man demon, creature of Fire and product of dark magic used on people with the intent to defy the league of Black Mages. This demon is used by the dark sorcerers in order to guide more powerful creatures conjured from hell in order to fulfill the evil purposes assigned to them by the mages. Thus, further strenthening the league of Black Mages' army. The League of Black Mages is essentially a cult army that replaced South America's official army.[/I]

[B]The Mhorashty[/B]

[I]A mythical demon (spoken Morr-Ash-Tee, plural Morashty as well) said to represent the army of Former Soviets. It seems to be drawn to death like a flea to a dead corpse. It is rumored to have the ability to wander freely between our world and the Netherworlds. In other contexts it's also seen in connection with Etherus as a creature of lust and the sins of love although it's allignment to death and destruction seems to be pre-dominant.[/I]

[B]The Tam-Rek[/B]

[I]A large, black-skinned brute serving the United States. It has elvishly pointed ears, but a round human type body which, despite the diameter, is very muscular. It's feet are actually cloven hooves which are surrounded by thick off white hair that continues up to the knee. Tam-Rek also has thin hair on it's head which appear close shaved, but never truly grow, much the same as it's goatee.[/I]

[B]The High Demon Khalkaroth[/B]

[I]Khalkaroth is a mythical, very powerful demon creature serving the Order of European Prominance. Khalkaroth is known to have been summoned at several ferocious battles in the past, using his uncompared abilities to extinguish whole armies. Thus, he is believed to be a trump card in the tournament.[/I]


After several ferocious battles, these demons vanquished not only armies of demons, but vast numbers of humanity's wavering population.

Due to mankind's inherent desire to survive, Earth's remaining politicians and military leaders decided that Earth's future leadership would no longer rest upon victories on the battlefield, but in a tournament.

Immediately, Earth's armies began a race to prepare their most powerful respective demon to represent them in the tournament.

Meanwhile, deep within the ruins of Capsule Corp, a descendent of the Briefs family, worked feverishly to create Saiya-jin bio warriors superior to the demons. According to ancient records, the Saiya-jin race possessed incredilbe strength and conquered the planet Vegeta many ages ago. It would be ironic if the world were to be decided just how Vegeta was between Tsufurujins and Saiya-jins.

How incredible would it be to create bio warriors famed for conquering planets? The answer is obious.

Using the ancient DNA of Brolly, Turlitz, Vegeta and Gokou, the scientist set out to accomplish her goal.

Mere months later, rumors of the availability of a supreme fighting race spread across the Black Market like wild fire. Desparate dictators and warlords scrambled together the appropriate funds to purhcase their own fighting machine.

When tournament time comes, will demon blood spill moreso than Saiya-jin blood? Only time will tell.

When creating the saiya-jins, the scientist only knew of saiya-jin power, neglecting the power of pride. Name: Sairo (Sai-row)

Bio: Sairo was one of the earliest Saiya-jin Bio Warriors created, spliced directly from Vegeta and Brolly DNA, mostly compsed of Vegeta's DNA though. Sairo was hard to control, and had an enormous ego. Though he had the ability to destroy his creators, and leave as if nothing happened. Sairo stuck around until he was sold to a politician from the United States. This politician much like Sairo had an ego as well, but ultimately thirsted for power. While he seems to have a lot of Vegeta's traits in his personality, he usually only wants to be left in peace. His deep meditation before battle helps him concentrate on the tasks at hand, and also steadies his powers. His owner the Texan politician, decedent of one of the earlier Presidents, Jeffery Bush has entered Sairo in the tournament to win power in the world. Of course Jeffery Bush's goal is to control the world.

Description: Sairo is tall, and muscular. Sairo's physical appearance is similar to Vegeta's, but he has long white hair, and his eyes are like black coal. Now onto clothing. Sairo wears older Saiya-jin armor much like Vegeta's earlier suit, a long black and red cape, black baggy pants tucked into a pair of tall brown boots, fingerless black glove on his right hand, and a golden gauntlet on his left. He stands tall, as if he was a nobleman.

Final Flash: Because of Vegeta's DNA, Sairo has the ability to use the Final Flash.

Hell Fire: A VERY powerful and fast ferocious attack that can pierce thru anything, but takes time to charge. Almost always deadly.

Flaming Tornado: Not that powerful, but it's purpose is to temporally confuse the opponent(s). The opponent(s) is drawn into the Flaming Tornado taking slight damage from the outside of it, but once inside the eye of the tornado. The opponent(s) will be tossed around ferociously confusing, and sometime leaving them totally incapacitated from the intense heat causing a lack of air.

Razor Disc: A disc-shaped projectile with a thin, sharp edge. Just like the Kienzan that Freeza, and Krillian uses. Except that Sairo's explodes mid contact. So even if the Razor Disc simply grazes an opponent it will explode dealing extra damage.

Burning Hammer: Using an Ax Handle smash attack charge with KI emitting from his fist, Sairo will often try to nail his opponent with it in close range combat. Nothing spectactular, but it's fairly powerful and deals a decent amount of damage.

[Heartless Me]

Name: Yama Yuugi

Bio: Mainly quiet.. He speaks only when he needs to though he is highly overconfidant. Yuugi prefers to examine his enemie's before fighting against them.

Description: Short black hair and very thick black eyes, high cheek bones and thinly "drawn" lips, broad shoulders going down into a thick muscular form with smooth tanned skin.

Most common Techniuqes:

1.) Yugameru Hakufuu-Creates a sphere of ki directly into his hands which instantly teleports to anywhere within perfect 20/20 vision range, so line of sight about 30 feet.

2.) Chikara Teishoku- This move is relatively similar to the Renzoku Senkoudan attack that Piccolo used against android #17... the only difference is instead of throwing the ki out of his hands and at his enemy creating the mine field of ki packets he concentrates on the area around his target and the mine field of ki blasts simply appear around his enemy and converge inwards upon him... This tech is very powerful, the downside to it however is that it requires some time to perform and if his opponant is not left properly dazed then it leaves him vulnerable to an attack.

3.) Yugameru Yokoana-This is not an offensive technique but more of a defensive one... This power allows him to create a slight rift between this world and the next consuming any energy attack no matter what the power level of it is... the downside to this is that if the blast/beam/sphere is greater in diameter than his heighth then the rift will not be able to consume the blast and he get's hit with the full power of the attack, also he may only perform the tech 4 times a day since it is so straining on him.

4.) Sanpo No Yugameru-This is basically another form of Instant transmission but to this extent he doesn't need to put his fingers to his head, the ability is activated with but a thought and may be used with limited power within battle.

5.) Zanzoken-Everyone should know what this is... combat teleport adds extra speed to pl to leave an after image from where he was standing before.

[*] Noba Furea\Nova-Flare:- Similar to the Solar Flare technique, Warlock puts one finger to his forehead, and concentrating on his ki, releases a large flash of ki, which blinds and slightly paralyses opponents.
[*]Yuukai Bakuha\Fusion Blast:- Needing a fair charge-up, Warlock forms a small black ki ball, which upon impact with another physical force creates a small yet deadly blast, pretty much creating a nuclear fusion like blast in a 10-metre radius wide, and about 10 metres above.
[*] Golden Seeker:- A rapid fire ki blast, one of these alone is merely a nuisance. However, when fired in a large group, it'll track down an opponent and surround him or her, then rush in at all angles.
[*]Seishou Ken\Energy Blades:- Blades of ki which are attached to Warlock's wrists. Pretty much wrist swords.

Bio: Emna Briefs considers Blue to be quite the failure, as far as her creations go. Yet, she places much of the blame on herself. When looking at the young, artificially created Saiya-jin, she sees just how reckless she can be in the lab when her excitement gets the best of her.

Upon accidentally encoding a little [I]too[/I] much of Vegeta and Son Gokou's genetic codes into the young warrior, she created a warrior motivated by limitless passion and pride, rather than puppet strings. Like Gohan, Blue has the ability to reach down into a huge well of power upon becoming angry.

Description: Blue bares a striking resemblence to Son Gohan. However, unlike most Saiya-jins, his hair is blue instead of black, which obviously influenced his name.

Most Common Fighting Techniques:

1)[U]Bakuhatsuha[/U]
By raising two fingers, the user of this attack can create a large explosion that will totally decimate the surrounding area or the ground under an opponent.
[B]Obtained through Vegeta's genetics[/B]

2)[U]Kamehameha[/U]
The Kamehameha is one of the most versatile techniques ever created, and can become incredibly strong.
[B]Obtained through Gokou's genetics[/B]

3)[U]Ki no Tsurugi[/U]
This is a ki beam that shoots out somewhat as an extention of the hand and can be swung and stabbed to cut or pierce enemies. The length of the beam can be controlled by the user.
[B]Obtained through Vegeta's genetics[/B]

4)[U]Renzoku Energy Dan[/U]
While many characters can use this technique, the undisputed master of this technique is Blue. The user of this technique can shoot ki bolts continuously from his hands, resulting in somewhat of a "machine-gun ki blast" effect. While the indivual blasts are not particulary powerful, the effect of hundreds together can be devastating.

5)[U]Shunkanido[/U]
Not a fighting technique, but often used to gain a tactical advantage in a fight. The Shunkanido is a teleport. The user places two fingers on his forehead, searches for a ki he wants to go to, then when he finds it, can teleport there. It is not a technique that one can use to teleport wherever he pleases; there must be a person there to teleport to.

Black hair, with light grey/white spiked hair on the top (Anyone remember Goenitz?), and a small black ponytail. Has a black goatee, and green eyes. Wears a black jumpsuit, and white shoulder-less saiyajin armour, with white gloves and boots. Has gauntlets around his wrists, and wears a gold cross around his neck.

[b]Trademark Techniques:[/b]
[i]Kontan magunamu/Soul magnum:[/i] A shot of energy fired with two fingers of the right hand, the left hand grasping the right wrist for support and aim. The attack itself is a piercing bolt of energy, very fast and capable of cutting through nearly anything. When used Rapidly, it is very deadly.

[i]Mitsukai/Angel:[/i] A defensive technique in which two massive angelic wings formed of Ki surround Bishop, protecting him from incoming attacks... It can be used as an offensive attack, however, as Bishop can manipulate the wings and make them move as he wants, and as they are made of Ki, can expel moderate amounts of energy.

[i]Kousa/Cross:[/i] A very versatile technique. One common type of cross is summoning massive pillars of energy with the lift of two fingers (similar to the Bakuhatsuha technique) which rocket skyward, and then shoots out vertically 3/4 of the way up, creating a massive cross. (Don't understand? Think NGE.) The other is an energy beam shot foward, which also shoots out to the sides, which looks like a laying down cross.

[i]Fukakouryoku/Act of God:[/i] A deadly technique capable of massive amounts of damage. Bishop grabs his opponent by the head, and powers up a massive pile of energy out the back of his elbow. He then drives the huge coloumn of ki repeatedly into his enemies face, causing massive damage in a short amount of time. (Another NGE reference, think of the attack Sachiel uses in Ep.2)

[i]Joukai soshite jigoku/Heaven and hell:[/i] Bishops finisher, requiring intense concentration. Bishop calls two portals, one blue and white (Heaven), the other a firey red and orange (Hell). These two portals appear above and below the enemy, and proceed to pull the opponent in. This gradually and violently tears the opponent in two, sending his remains to alternate dimensions. The gates to heaven and hell are about a metre and a half in diameter, but can be made very large, depending on how long they are charged. If the two portals touch, then an uncontrolable implosion of catastrophic proportions will ensue.

Final Heaven-charges up her right fist for a devestating punch

Kamehameha-pretty self explanatory, lol

Teleport-you know, instant whatever as its called in dubs

Shoryu Blast-huge red energy beam that causes a lot of damage

Final Judgment-a small green beam that causes a massive amount of destruction, takes a while to charge, but the effects are devestating
