[SIZE=1]Ah, good old Piro. I wanted to say that exact same thing. Green Day and Blink are not liked by me, but their older stuff was pretty good, i.e. Dude Ranch by Blink. Nimrod by GreenDay was so/so, but I'm mostly in to the harder stuff now like Anti-Flag and Black Flag, also Goldfinger.[/SIZE]

I didn't go to the pop disaster tour but I agree, Green Day is great and is one of my favorite bands:toothy:

I would have to say [i]Family Reunion[/i] is the only song of theirs I care to listen to. Best ten words in the English language, lol.

As for Greenday, for those of you trying to defend them and say they haven't turned mainstream. Give it up. If they weren't mainsteam, Blink 182 wouldn't have even been mentioned in this thread as much as they have. And those who say Blink 182 isn't mainstream havereally got a problem. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with Greenday, they just aren't what they used to be.

I can't say that I hate Green Day, but I can say, I do NOT like them. Hate is such a strong word, but I can use that with Blink 182, because....I do hate them. Especially the drummer, nowbody leaves the Aqua Bats!!! Green Day is ok, Brain Stew and a few others make them fine by me.
