[color=teal][size=1]First of all, you gotta get rid of Kadabra's Teleport. But at Lv. 25 I guess you can't help that.

Plus, it's hard to rate, because with low levels I don't know whether you're only halfway done with the game, because if you are then suggestions for different moves won't come in handy until you get your Pokémon to high enough levels to learn those attacks.

Considering you're not done with the game (again, I don't know whether you are or aren't), it's a good team. It's well balanced, and will get you through the game if you keep training them.[/color][/size]

I've found that Rage doesn't work well with the Char family. Replace it with... something that isn't Rage. Slash would work well, but he hasn't learned it yet. Flamethrower either...[/color][/size]

Your Pokemon are at fairly low levels, so you should be fine right now. I can just about see you as a Pokemon Master later on in the future. Your Pokemon will be like this:

Alakazam (L100)
Attacks: Psychic, Recover, Seismic Toss, Psybeam

Charizard (L100)
Attacks: Slash, Dig, Flamethrower, Fire Blast

Pikachu (L100)
Attacks: Thunder, Body Slam, Thunderbolt, Submission

Blastoise (L100)
Attacks: Ice Beam, Blizzard, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam

Venusaur (L100)
Attacks: Solarbeam, Cut, Sleep Powder, Razor Leaf

Pidgeot (L100)

You Should get PKMN Stadium 1 so that Pikachu can learn Surf, some times it comes in handy in battles and the surf mini game ish fun. ^_^

Ok....... As soon as you are ready training. (lv100) you must get rid of HM's. You just have to put weaker (not youre basic)pokemon in youre team with HM's.

BTW: Surf is quite good, but Hydro pump (with some PP ups) is much better.

[color=indigo]Yeah, but Pikachu can't learn Hydro Pump... It [i]can[/i] learn Surf, however, if you use it in every battle in the Master Ball Cup in Pokémon Stadium... It's really hard to get, but it comes in handy if you use Pikachu/Raichu on your team. A water type attack on an electric type isn't really expected. It'd make taking out ground types easier, since you'd also have an attack that it's weak against.[/color]

JC, you know the rules about flaming. Anyway if the levels are that low she probably isn't that far in the game, so back off. From what I can see your team looks good so far except that I would switch up Bubble Beam for Surf on Wartortle if you have that HM. I don't see any overlap, so that's good, and once you get your Pokémon to their fully evolved states and in the high levels, you should be good to go.
