Anime Why do they just stop the Outlaw Star like that? What happened to Gene and Melfina?

I never did understand it. What happens at the end of the Outlaw Star Galactic Leiline episode. Do Gene and Melfina eventually get married? Has Gene made peace with his past? What's the connection between Aisha and Jim? The answers to any or all of these questions would be welcome.

I think I found a problem with that episode summarie. I have the 3rd dvd and at first Asia and Twilight Suzuka don't come. But soon after you see them waiting for Gene and Melfina with the Outlaw Star.

Someone read my episode summaries!! But I don't fully understand what you are saying, could you clear that up a bit?

The relationship between Gene and Melfina at the end of the series is unclear. I do not think that they were married, but I do think that they are in a serious romantic relationship.

Aisha and Jim? The only connection between them is that they are friends. Through all of the time they have spent together the Outlaw Star gang has become attached to one another, and has formed a family of sorts. Hopefully you weren't referring to any sort f romantic connection between Jim and Aisha *shudders*[/color][/size]

i never understood why batman actually is on toonami. But speaking of the bat have you ever seen the japanimation style drawing of batman? I first saw it at wickedcool.com but i dont think it's there anymore, pretty weird though. He's standing on his tip toes looking like one of queen beryls soldiers!

Well, Gene goes to jail for previously trashing the spaceport, soon after the whole group meats on the Outlaw Star and it's basically left up to the mind after that.
For your 2nd question ratings were low the second time it aired, and the fact the DB and DBZ are the most popular shows on Toonami, I doubt it'll be coming back to Toonami any time soon.
