Amphion
Well, Its kind of hard to get into those kind of jobs, unless your a professional with training. I know that if you have a website, that gets around 10,000 visitors a day(not hits), That you can get advertisers to pay to advertise on your site. buddy Of mine charges 500$ for front page, 200$ for the rest of the pages. He makes around 1500$ a month. But you have to subtract expenses like paying for the server. So he only makes a couple hundred profit. Alot of websites dont pay their staff. They just help out cause the want to. And most of the sites that do pay, only hire people with training and a real good portfolio. SO I doupt there is much to find out there. Heaven's Cloud
The money isn't usually in creating a website of your own, but in creating sites for businesses and maintaining them. Usually you have to either work for a company that builds sites, or have good references for building sites.
amiboshi
An online job? Not besides web design. If you want some money, you may need a *gasp* real job. I'm such a bad web designer, since I don't know HTML....which sucks....but Oh well. But my mom needed a web site for her new business, and well, I actually know a little bit about HTML codes and basically making a site (O.o), and since her site was pretty basic, she actually paid me $10 dollars an hours, so I made about 80 bucks. It's not much, but hey, I was happy. I didn't even have to lift a finger. ^^ But I'm getting a babysitting job to make the money for my computer. If you really need some cash, I suggest you go out and find yourself a job, even if it's off-line. ;)
Guest Birdbrain
once i applied for a job on the internet, and like 2 days later i got a phone call from Canada for me to work for them, they said they'll send me an e-mail with a link to their web site, but they never did send it. So now I'm stuck making design's for friend's and stuff... and it take's me like an hour to make it all... it would be cool if they actually had paid me... i'll make design's... for just one american dollar if ya want...
