I thought of this thread because earlier today I was watching my little cousin (10) get so mad at Gundam: Battle Assualt, that he was screaming and throwing controllers. I have to admit, that I have done so too, at one time. I screamed and yelled, and threw a controller. Which broke so thats why I do not throw controllers any more. But I was just wondering if anyone did this too, or if you are more calm. I'm somewhat short of temper and patience. :D Anyway, the game I've yell at most though is Sonic Adventure Two Battle. I know all Sonic games are easy, but man, this game is driving me insane. It's all move and no logic; and you have to play the hero and the dark's side. In fact my throat is hurting right now because I yelled at "Wreckless" all day long. Its funny though, sometimes I find that the games I yell at most are the ons I like the most. I also am a frequent yeller at other racers in racing games. Especially my X-Box one, 40 bucks to replace it. I think it helps though, you got to vent that anger, or else it just builds up inside and impairs your judgement. I never really have a desire to shout and scream at it though unless I'm playing w/ someone else. what really irritates me is when I'll be playing against, like, some little kid I babysit who's beating me by about 30 points while saying 'haha, you suck!'. but I just sit and stew (a lot), then when I'm by myself I [i]quietly[/i] rant to myself. so I'm not [i]too[/i] bad about it ^_^'. I just barely got my first console a little over a month ago (my parents were against it up until now, since they thought me and my 4 sibs would've been constantly fighting over it). Ditto for GoldenEye. But, I will yell at a game as soon as one learns how to yell back or hear me. For now, I'll have to settle for muttering profanities... I just got to the chocobo farm area and was doing some leveling up. When I got there I was on level 17, give or take a few levels. I stay there for a good three hours. By the time I was done it was about two in the morning. I guess I knoded off while pressing my directional pad. The next thing I know I woke up and was staring into the "GAME OVER" screen. The last time I looked I was on level 23. I got into a battle whn I was asleep and got killed. I screamed so loud that I woke everyone up. I also recently screamed at my computer, and broke something. I could not get my printer to work. Everytime i would try to print it would say something like "An error has occured. Check all connections and try printing again." I would check all connections and they would be fine. I determined the problem to be the USB hub I had it hooked up to. I, against the opinion of a Best Buy proffesional, took it apart. Now I know my way around electronics pretty well. There was a bunch of gunk inside it. Hair, dust, etc... I cleaned it and put it back together. I hooked it up and turned on my computer. The thing started sparking. I unplugged my computer and shouted at it in a raving fit of rage. I yell at a lot of things . . . you'd start thinking I'm insane if ya live with me. The only games I really yell at are Tomb Raider (when Lara runs off a cliff to her death when you're holding down the Shift button) or at Perfect Dark for the N64 (the same thing, but Joanna tends to do stupider things than that) I also yell at the other characters in racing games . . . He would get really mad yelling at the games and break his SNES controllers, it was a shame. I tried to calm him down at times but he got pretty mad. We are all yelling at our characters to quit getting beat up and fight...lol And iof you play Wreckless, you will be yelling on a couple of levels... Oh, and one time I almost shattered glass with my loud yell. My cousin thought it would be cool to Use some gameshark codes on my FFVII save file....Yep, I was hoarse(sp?) for a week.
