Well I see this Forum is running nicely now.
But I would ask for some one in here to explain what Cowboy Bebop is?
(And yes you can skip the part were you say he/she is a cowboy.)

Cowboy Bebop is an anime that now comes on CN at 10:30 saturday nights. This saturday there will be a marathon. Cowboy Bebop is a story about 2 bounty hunters (spike and jet) hunting bounty heads all across space. The story gets a little more intracite but that is the basic idea.

Yes, the story gets much more involved, and what they mean by "cowboy" is bounty hunter (And BTW: I've never seen a cowboy, yet I live in Texas, so don't think we're all "country hicks :p That gets on my nerves when people think that...)

Cowboy Bebop is about, for the most part, four bounty hunters named Spike Speigal, Jet Black, Faye Valentine, and, well...just call her Ed. ;)

They are each on the search for their own lives, but to survive they earn the money from the bounties. There are many times, however, that work is scarce, hence so is their food.

As for the times, it really depends what your time zone is. As Aries's is 10:30, so mine is 12:30. Just start watching at around 10:00, or whenever Adult Swim comes on. The marathon will be the perfect time for you to become familiar with the series.

Let's just hope that you don't get stuck with one of the rare bad sessions, heh. ;)

Cloricus lives in Australia (right?), so his time might be totally different. I don't know though. Actually, his time might probably be the same, but CN might change their schedule for different parts of the world.

[B]I suggest you buy the DVDs. It just feels better than watching it of CN.

I totally agree. You don't have to wait half of a year to see all of the episodes, you can skip to any seesion you would like to see, and it's not edited to how CN feels is necessary.

That's what I did, and I don't regret it. Now I've seen each session 2-3 times each, and Adult Swim hasn't shown them each once.

If you would like to know where to get it for $40, PM me.

LOL, yeah, the anime iz not about cowboys...
yeah, aries, same here, I just moved from texas. I've been living there for what,... 6 years, and I have never seen a cowboy... ever. ^_^' mainly because I lived in the eastern part....

Well anyway, back to the subject. It's mainly about bounty hunters,... just try catching one of the sessions. I'm sure you'll love it.

still, Cowboy Bebop isn't bad when it's edited and dubbed either. maybe not as good, but you wouldn't be able to tell if you hadn't seen it unedited before. if you're running short on money, I'd just record 'em. weird enough, I put a higher value on my recorded stuff than the stuff I buy, *sparklies* prolly cuz I put so much delicate care and effort in creating the tapes *end sparklies*
okay, I'll shut up now :D
