Talon
Question:In the Zelda series, you must travel through dungeons to complete the game. What dungeon is classically the longest or hardest, if this can be said?
GinnyLyn
Longest and hardest are two different things. As far as longest goes (length wise), I'd say the final dungeon before running off to find Ganon/Ganondork-ah, dorf. ^^; Turtle Rock comes to mind (LA and LttP). The Spirit Dungeon for Ocarina. That FREAKING dungeon with Twinrova in it in Mask *blows that level up she hates it so much*!!! As far as hardest, the programmers prolly wanted to make the level that you seek the final enemy out the one. Pyramid of Power in the Dark World (Past). The Ruined Hyrule Castle (Ocarina, you have to have everything to get anywhere). THAT FREAKING FLIPPING MOON LEVEL!!! *blows her Mask cartridge into smithereens* Gotta get everything, plus you are screwed if you don't get the Deity's Mask (at least I was). Even in Awakening, if you don't do everything you need to in the game, you won't be able to get to the final boss at all. I left out recent games because I don't remember them much. :bluesweat All Hail Des, the LoZzy Lord! BWEE HEEEE!!!! :rotflmao:
Talon
No, no, no Ginny. What I mean is that in Zelda games, there is one EXTREMELY linear dungeon that will be Hell on your hearts. I don't mean give the individual dungeons, I mean give me the COMMON DUNGEON through the games. Hint:It corresponds to an element and is most noticed in LttP and OoT, some will even say MM it was hardest. This excludes all "final" dungeons, meaning where the boss is located.
GinnyLyn
Oh. *still looks a little confused* In that case, the Water Dungeon/Temple/whathaveyou (whichever other name it may go by in other games).
Talon
Correct. Ask away.

GinnyLyn
Question. NOW. Or the plushie suffers. *holds a Zelda plushie above a fire*
Valen
Okay, okay, sorry! Been out lately... Just dun harm the plushie! Or else! Question: In LttP, there are soldiers that carry bows and arrows, or just charge at you when they spot you. Sure there are the few that don't care if you're there or not. Name the colors of the soldiers that charge at you.
Talon
They're green, red, and blue. The green and blue carry swords, but the reds have three forms: bomb throwers, archers, and chargers. The chargers carry tridents, the "archers" throw them, and the bomb throwers...well....they throw bombs. Oh, and the chargers wear normal helmets, the bombers and archers wear helmets that make 'em look like a freakified Boba Fett. Am I right?
Desbreko
Well, there's another kind of blue soldier that charges you, which you find in the Hyrule Castle tower... But it's still blue, so yeah, that's right, there's red, blue, and green.
