It's alot like watching yourself in a big movie. You can actually watch yourself move, and see your own head. That's how you can tell if it was a dream or not. The only reasonable way to see your own head is in the mirror, right?

I remember very few dreams vidily, but I know OF many of them.

My earliest dream would have to be when I was 3. I remember looking up in my bed and Ronald McDonald (yes, the fast food mascott) was trying to attack me while he was standing on my headboard.

The dream I remember most vividly is a bad dream, but not exactly a bone-chilling nightmare. In real life, I live with my grandparents because the schools are better where they live than they are where my mom lives. So my mom sent me to live with them during the school year. They only lived about a 1/2 half away.
Anyway, in my dream, I remember driving my grandfather's van when I was only about 10 or 12 and visiting my mom. I kept knocking on the door and no one answered. I looked to the driveway and my mom's car was still there, but an asian lady (in an all-black neighborhood) climbed in my mother's car and started to drive off. I started to yell and everyone around me started to act like they'd never heard of my mother. I ran into the house and none of my stuff was in my room. The rest of the house was the exact same. I was suddenly outside and the woman was still driving away. I ran after her, but I couldn't catch her. I wanted to know where my mother was.

I woke up that morning slowly, quietly, and with tears in my eyes. I realized it was all a dream and went back to sleep. :(

Later on, I might tell you about my funny dream about money and what I heard about dreaming of apples... ;)

There is nothing more fun to me then having dreams. I just woke up actualy.....and this is how my dream started. I warn you though, I have some mess-ed up dreams.

We were outside of our driveway, I was in my moms BMW, and my Dad was in his Jaguar. All of a sudden this drunk hillbilly guy swirves all over the place, and he hits our neigbors car, nipping my dads jaguar in the process. My dad...(A skinny weak guy, well hes not my dad, hes my moms boyfriend, but its easier to just say dad instead.)My dad just goes and beats the crap out of this guy, somthing totally unexpected. Then my MOM jumps in and starts rolling his window up on his head trying to kill him. So I see both my parents beating some guy up, and what do I do? I join in for the fun and start punching him.

Thats one of my less wierder dreams, lol.

I had an odd dream about New York City last night.

First of all it was winter and I was walking around downtown with my mom, and since it was cold I was wearing my black dress up pants and my leather jacket. Some random New York woman stared at me and said, "You're too skinny." and then walked away o_O

Later on in the dream my mom and I were at a diner getting something to eat when this lady in the booth behind us reached over and just took my fork. Now, being the outspoken girl that I am, I replied, "How about you ASK next time?"

The lady got really mad and so I stole her knife and then stomped up to the counter to get a new fork. When I came back to the table my mom was sitting with her and her husband, and so I started to argue with the fork stealer's husband as well. Eventually, I stabbed him really hard with my fork and made him bleed. Then I felt bad and apologized and we all ate lunch together :drunk:

Okay, this is what I heard about dreaming of apples...
Um... how can I phrase this so that I don't violate any profanity rules?

They say that if you dream of a person holding an apple or near apples, it represents... um... :smooch: intimate intercourse :smooch: with someone else, so you might want to pay attention to the other person in the dream.

I also heard that dreaming of fish means birth, and that someone you know will be having a baby soon.

The way that I remeber my dreams is to keep a notepad on the side of my bed. Everytime I wake up I jot down whatever I can remeber. Sometimes my handwriting is too illegible for even me to read, but it helps me remeber my dreams. Maybe I'll take them to get checked out. But then I would be afraid of what the doc would tell me. He would probably have me commited.

I've had some weird dreams in my time. The weirdest having been riding a giant banana over England. I'm not joking. o.O But there have been good ones. Like after I read the Dragonball Omega thread in Stories/Poetry, I kept seeing it like it was an actual show. It was pretty sweet.

I remember a few of my dreams, the longest one being a dream I had about 8 years ago, funny thing is that dream became true the next day....

I dreamt of moving this table in the dining room with my Aunt, I did so the very next day....
Deja vu...:cross: I have it all the time.

80% of my dreams consist of me in a very realistic place. Usually D-Day. Yes, I have dreams that I'm at D-Day. Or in a war like in Dynasty Warriors 3. Anything with carnage. So I remember them all. *shrugs* They make good stories.

That doesn't amuse you? I just commented on the fact she said the dream had been about NYC.

Mostof my dreams lately have been pretty dark...firends dying--or me dying--school shootings...ugh...my mind is not a pretty place.

I keep having dreams about me being in my school, and it's weird because I can actually think to myself in my dream that school hasn't even started yet. I know that this has happened before, it's strange. What I am trying to say is that sonetimes I think to myself in my dreams, I'm not saying that I like school.

I know someone who has this thing called the dream dictionary. It has a bunch of words and when you have a dream, you look up the things that were in your dream using the dictionary. I don't know if it really works though.
