Most misunderstood character? Er, that's a funny question, but not in the laughing sense. ;)

I guess I'd have to say Ed because when Jet was asking around, everyone had different thoughts about her. They thought she was anything from gay to a 7 foot tall a basketball star; I mean, they truely had no idea of who she really was. Even when Ed joined the Bebop, they mostly thought of her as a pest, rather than the hacking genuis who exceeds all of their IQs.

yeah, Ed is the most misunderstood physically-wise, lol. by misunderstood I mean like someone turns out to be someone totally different than what you first thought them to be like. like, if you met this person that seemed really nice, but once you invited them over to your house for the weekend they turned out to be mean and rude. something like that anyway.

I think Faye is the most misunderstood because she always seemed so selfish and uncaring, but once you know about her past you see she was only like that to protect herself from getting hurt and used again.

Vicious is pretty misunderstood too though. yeah, Vicious was kinduv a nutcase to begin with, but I think he had some reasons for the way he acted. from the way things looked IMEO (in my educated opinion), Spike took his girlfriend (Juuuulia). like I said, Vicious is a bit of a nutcase, so something like that could've provoked him to be worse than he already was. I'm not saying that Vicious was a perfect little angel, since I'm sure he had some evil in him to begin with (and power-hungry, from the way he was trying to take over the syndicate thingy), but it certainly didn't help matters. part of the reason why he started the whole evil business was probably cuz he was acting out of anger at the betrayal of his (at the time) buddy. How about Gren from Session 12? His hormonal problem did come as a big shock to me, although it was very surprising, and it did add a big twist to the episode.

I shed a tear after seeing the whole music box ordeal. The fact that Gren looked up to Viscous so much, only to be betrayed by him.

That's who I think to. She seemed like this completly full-armored person that lets nothing hurt her. But once you peirce her armor, you see the true her...

Whoa...there's people who actually agree with me? I must be losing what little of it I have...Yes, I agree. Faye is like an onion. It's tough and forbidding on the outside (at least to me), but is layered and makes you cry when you get in the inside. ^___^

i personally think it would be spike.
really i think the true misunderstandings come when all charactors are in view and its their interactions we look at.
with that in mind, faye makes everything more complicated and much harder to read in to. faye would be second.
