Adam
When Goku was sent to earth as a baby, does anyone think that he could have conquered the entire planet had he not hit his head? I have my doubts - I think the Saiyans seriously underestimated Earth's warriors. ^_^ -Adam
SSJ Pud
I think he could have if he had turned Oozaru as the Saiyians intended, once he was a little older of course, maybe 9 or
PiroMunkie
After some thought. I don't think he could have taken over the planet, and here is my explanation: One might think right off that it could happen cause once he transforms into an Oozaru, he is pretty much unstoppable unless someone could get a hold of his tail. Even then there are only so many people that know that weakness of his (Yamucha, Bulma, Oolong, and Puar). Then we have to consider that Kakarot first met Bulma after he had hit his head. Grandpa Gohan would have been deceased by then, but I don't think he was smart enough to know how to cross water, so it would be probable that he would still run into Bulma when she came. Thus Bulma would be gone. After he killed Bulma he might find her Dino Capsules and find a water craft, and find out how to use it, as he did when he saw Bulma using the motorcycle in DragonBall. If he didn't figure it out, he would have been stuck on that island until he found a way off. Once he got off the island he would find other places, and continue destroying them. Although, I don't think he could have taken over the planet. Why? Piccolo Daimo. Kakarot would not have been able to beat him, even in his Oozaru form. To even beat him in DragonBall he had previously had training and had become much stronger than he would have if he instead just grew up without training. So I think Piccolo Daimo would have stopped him, and he ( Piccolo Daimo ) would have continued to take over the world or whatnot, then depending or not on how long it took him, when Raditz came to Earth, Raditz would have killed Piccolo Daimo, and Raditz would have taken taken over the planet.
Rain
Oh yeah, so even if Piccolo Daimo took over the earth, it would have ended up under Saiyan rule anyway. Would Krillin and Yamcha have been able to stop Goku if he was evil? Wouldn't it be funny if Goku hit his head again and went back to being evil:D. Saiya-jinro
I doubt he would turn bad again anyway. He hit his head hard enough again too do that. I think that once he did it as a baby, it was completely gone from his mind.
Sanek
Hmm...this is easy...If Bardock could take over planets and he was brave enough to take on frieza don't u think goku would have also? After all, as they say like father like son.
Guest Gogetta
I think that goku could have over taken the planet if he had of changed:demon:
Charles
Well, Oozaru form would not have accounted for much success. Surely, Gokou would have achieved mass destruction, but Roshi might have simply destroyed the moon as he had done during the Tenkaichi Budoukai. Clearly, that event in the DragonBall timeline demonstrates that Earth's warriors aren't utterly helpless against the transformation.... I believe that had Gokou not hit his head on the rock and cleared his mind, he would have never become the warrior that he later becomes. After all, much of his progression as a warrior can be attributed to his pure heart. The Saiya-jins had reached a point where they had become over confident and eager to please Furiza, and had not scouted planet Earth for worthy fighters. Come to think of it, the demise of the Saiya-jin race can be placed on this brash, careless attitude. So, judging by Gokou's rank as a low level fighter and the quality of Earth's fighters at the time, one can surmise that Gokou would not have been successful. Chaos
I believe the contrary, my friend. I believe, that since the other fighters were driven by little Kakarot, that they would've fallen. Do remember that Kakarot didn't fight to his fullest because he didn't want to hurt the younger Z Warriors. Also, if Kakarot had kept his 'programming', he would've kept on fighting, growing stronger everyday. Plus, Muten was islolated on that small island, so he doubtibly would've crossed Kakarot's path. And by that time, if Muten ever did see Kakarot, the young Saiya-jin would've grown up and stronger. So yeah, I say he could've completed this mission. Although, maybe not totally and completely, but a fair amount of damage would have been delt to Earth by the time Radittz had arrived. Edit: My God! It's true then! SSJ Pud
Did'nt they have TVS back then? Muten roshi would have heard about the destruction he was causing on Tv, jus like in the cell games or during the Sayain saga. And powerful warriors who could fly would probably come to his island and tell him anyway. If he heard about it he may have come and fought Goku, and if he managed to get his tail off i think he could have won.
Saiya-jinro
Actually even if "Kakorott" had transfored, Muten Roshi would still have been stonger. Remember, it makes your power increase by 10x. Muten Roshi's maximum was higher than 100. Tien was stronger too. So, either of them could have fought him in transformed stte. Then again, we don't don't know how powerful Tien was at that time. Charles
You guys are missing the point, lol. Roshi would not have had to battle Gokou. Rather, he could have simply destroyed the moon, as he did when he was masquerading as Jackie Chun. And yes, he would have heard of the destruction due to television and such. Plus, Neil, keep in mind that Gokou wouldn't have nearly advanced in fighting technique as much, had he remained evil because Roshi wouldn't have trained him. Thus, the Earth's warriors would have been more than a match for him.
Mitch
I'm with Crazy White Boy on this. Even if Goku had a chance, Master Roshi's destroying the moon would change the tide of the battle.
Zenkai Powa
I think he could have. Seemingly at the time for the Saiaya-jins to even SEND him to the planet means that he actually COULD have. So in short yes I do. It just wouldn't have been easy, if Kame Sen'nin, Tao Pai Pai, Son Gohan and Pikkoro-Daimoah stood in his way.

SSJ Pud
1. you can edit your posts, so there is no need for 2. 2. People have already pointed out he could become an oozaru, u should both the question AND answers b4 posting so u do not repeat urself.
vegeta rocker
even if he became an oozaru i doubt he would have succeeded. I think earth had alot of good warriors and besides as was pointed out earlier, his fight with picollo was no walk in the park. If he had become an oozaru, he would just be a huge rambling monkey, which makes me wonder. How does maturity go with Saiyajins? I mean would Goku actually know what he was doing if he transformed? When Gohan did as a child all he could think about was getting Vegeta. So i assume Goku given a plan for destruction.
Zenkai Powa
The only reason he could not control himself is because he hit his head. He obviously had been taught how to wipe out mankind.
