Writing Rising Sun, an new anime i'm desinging

This is an idea for an anime series that I am drafting, It's called Rising Sun. I want to send it to an Anime studio, too see if they can produce it. but thought i'd see what Otaku users think first ( Otaku users are a good judge of whats good anime)

the plot focuses on a Girl called Ceroa, her 11 year old brother Jack, and Ceroa's best friend, Evazu.

The era is set in the end of days when evil rules the galaxy, ceroa gets disturbing sleep on her 18th birthday, visions of noahs ark, and a dove descending toward her, each day getting closer to her. The night the vision touched her she got a jolt, and a technique was bestowed upon her called the Dove Palm strike, a voice from above warns that she doesn't have the authority to teach anyone the exact technique. However, the voice also says she can teach variations of it to her relatives in her bloodline. she teaches Jack the scorching Dove Palm. Her Friend Evazu tries to learn in vain. She looks to the sky to see an image, the image is of a Kea, the only alpine parrot in the world. The voice booms that he taught a special technique to Ceroa, and that only she will ever know the exact technique, and only her bloodline will ever know certain variations, however, the voice, also says to Evazu that she is also one of a kind, like the alpine kea, explaning the vision, at once she saw the norther lights, she was gifted with the power of total control over the event known as the Aurora Borealis.


Then the voice says to the 3 with the special gifts, including jack because Ceroa taught him the Scorching Dove Palm. that he has given them all the gifts so that they can expel an evil curse on the earth, that they can all lear other techniques also, and teach others. The voice says that when the evil shows itself, the world would descend into armageddon, however, the voice says that he doesn't want armageddon to come at this particular time.

with this in their heads, the trio go off to train and learn their skills to mastery, to prepare for the greatest challenge they will ever face.

I'll post the concept design for the characters once my scaner's working, so as far as the plot goes, what do you think? any suggestions to plot alteration welcome :)

I got alot of the Ideas myself, It's set in an apocalyptic world, where David (a new character just designed) creates a group of teens caller the Rising Sun Clan. They meet every wek on the Island of Patmos, their organization exists to stop the world apocalypse, because the one who sent david, isn't ready for it yet.

I wasn't going to tell anyone, save for them finding out themselves, the story is littered with Christian symbolism, alot from the old testament. The fact a divine being is organizing David's group, and ceroa's vision of an ark with a Dove descending, and the fact the most powerfull attack in the beginning is the Dove palm strike. the other symbols will have to be figured out by viewers/readers.

Ceroa

Age; 18
The groups leader.
Well versed in good vs. evil conflict, head of the group, fiercley loyal, especially to Brother Jack.
