Guest cloricus
1.9gig in 64K, basically. Yes I hear all the pc nerds here yelling BS don't spam these boards with lies. Well I'm not.... 64 k is the name of a demo of how powerful compression can be... It has 16 minutes of full .wav. (No bass lost I am happy to report!) They say that the 16mins only takes up 40k. Seven completely different 3d scenes. And by doing the maths I would say that this would take up the other 24 k. They claim that it is at a ratio of 30000:1 of compression. It requires a reasonably powerful computer to run. (But since the first version is two years old I don't think new computers will have any trouble with it.) Say a 800mhz with 128 ram, 12meg ghx card and 64kb space free on their hd, lol. I think every one, even if they don't under stand the whole why this could change data transfer should download this and watch it! Reply back and say what you think of it?
