Anime cb voice actors/ history channel, there is a connection...

i want to know if any of you watch the history channel as much as me.
if you do, you may have caught one of the several programs in which the actor who did jets voice for the english dub, narrated history channel programs.
this may sound odd and im trying to find out who did jets voice.
bottom line is that i need help.
input on who the voice is from?, or if anyone else has caught this with their own ear? please help, especially if you have a recording you can access to get the actors name.
i personnally am as close to sure as you can get. then on top of that, i know this dude did narrations for adult swim. that means hes still doing work and im just sure he was the narrator to a show on history channel. thanks for your help.
