Yeah, KMEL and Wild 94.9...whenever I turn it on, there's music in the background while there's someone constantly talking and making phone calls. I think 98.7 is KISS where they play mostly oldies and R&B.

The lead singer in APC is the same one in Tool so their styles are really similar...dark, but unique. Like Wrist said...there has to be some point where you get tired of mainstream music and have to listen to something that has the quality that you enjoy.

I never mentioned anything about mainstream music. There's as much "underground" garbage as there is "mainstream" garbage as I see it - and that's a whole lot of garbage.

Yeah, sorry if anyone gets pissed at me, but I really can't stand people who say they like underground music, just because they are trying to be alternative, that pissess me off. Anyway. Tool, brilliant band, they have a new album coming out next year, and that is definatly something to look forward to. Also if you get the chance, see them in conert, they are brilliant.

Now that's just stupid. Some people may like underground music better just becaquse they like it. Not eveything has a negative reasoning, ya know.

I wouldn't go as far as brilliant, but they are pretty good.

Sorry Mist, but I have to say, not much comes close to Tool. There is no band I've heard that are anything like them at all, and you have to commend that. In concert they were perfect. Every song was flawless and even more than that, Danny Carey, their drummer played about half the night with one drumstick. Anyone who can do that and still get all the fills perfect, is brilliant.
