i have the relinquished card but i don't know what ritual card i need to summon it and my friend said i can't use relinquished is this true thanks 4 your time

You can get it in the Pegasus Structure when it comes.

yeah and you can get it in magic ruler. Its common crad it's not that har to get as BeamKirby said he has it the other way around Relguished is the hard one to get i think he is Ultra Rare.

Think Relinquished with shorter arms, a big mouth where the disk-area used to be and way too many eyes all over him.

He comes out in Pharoh's servant and Pegasus Structure

yeah i know what your talking about its still 0/0 a but his effect chaged to: when this crture is on the feid, no other crtures can attackor chges postions. Once a Turn it may "absorb" anthor creture, gaining its attack and defnese points for that turn. its name is Thousand Eye Sacerfice

What does it mean by the monster becomes an Equipment card?

Well if it absorbs the Dark Magician, it gets its ATK and DEF like a normal equip card

and if you try to attack it it will defend with your card therefore making you lose lifepoints

actually both players lose life points.
And if the absorbed card is destroyed, relinquished stays in play.
