Godsmack?

[color=teal][size=1][b]Hey, how about Godsmack? I say their first album sucked, but their second one ("Awake") was sooo much better.

Then I heard their drummer left, which sucks, because their drum action is the best part about the band. And they're still working on their next album, without a drummer. That seems to be the theme with rock bands lately; when a member leaves, why replace him?

I dunno, respond if you want. :)

There's something wrong with you folks...I listen to the first one all the time. It's like my sweetheart CD actually...the Second one I only listen to every once in a while. I mean, I still like it alot, but not as much as their first one. I am a big fan of Godsmack. And like Panny said, I really like Sully Erna. He's such a cutie! :tasty:[/color][/size]

GOdsmack kicks. I like both of their CD's equally. And yeah, the drum was the best part of the band. I dont think they will be the same from now on.

Godsmack is pretty good. Their first album better than the second as it is with most any band. Though I find it odd that when Sully can't think of anything else to say he uses "go away", lol. I've noticed that in a few of their songs.


As for why replace a band member when they leave? So your band can continue playing. Have you heard KiTTiE lately? They only have about two members left and their music, for lack of a better word, sucks.[/color]

And everyone seems to be saying their first was the best. But the tracks didn't seem heavy enough for my liking, and Sully doesn't quite pull off that gurgly, grainy voice as well as he does in "Awake."
