Well, for one thing, GT wasn't made by akira Toriyama. You know that, right?

or.. it could have been a dubbing error thingy...
They make mistakes all the time.

cuz... it can't stay the same...

when they go ssj 3, their hair grows really long, and plus,if their hair stayed the same since when they were little... o.O
that..wouldn't look..right at all...

Toriyama actually did all the character designs for DragonBall GT, so yeah... that would be his doing.

A saiya-jins hair doesn't grow past a certain size. Like stated, probably proportionally to their size. It may be that it grows once and never grows again (which would make sense if Nappa had shaved his head, his hair would never grown back) I don't believe Vegita's hair changes in GT after he gets it cut (with the exception of level 4). Meaning it doesn't grow back. There's no real answer.

A Super Saiya-jin 3's hair gets long as a result of that level. It doesn't stay that way, it's part of the transformation, just like the removal of the eye brows.

Saiyans hair is with them since the day they are born. I aint sure but it may be down to their ranking. Anyway their hair does not grow EVER. Except when they turn SSJ3 and SSJ4. I guess SSJ3 grew so they could tell it apart from the other SSJ stages, and with SSJ4 the hair goes back to its original state, if i am not mistaken.

You are mistaken super goku, when a saiyan goes level 4, there hair goes back to its original colour, and if it is cut it reverts back to its original shape.

Also, saiyans are bound to be able to have their hair cut, regardless of if it stays the same until they die. Its not like their hair could break a pair of scissors or something.

uhh, Im pretty sure your mistaken. I dont think AKira did any art for gt because I remember awhile back on his personal site had pics of dbz guys with another one of his cartoon guys and they were supposed to be the way they would look after z, and they looksed nothing like the ones in gt.......

Anyone should know by now that TN's word is pretty reliable. He may not exactly remember want went on in which episodes, but when it comes to "behind the scenes" stuff, his word is a good one.

A true saiyans hair stays the same forever except for the period when they are a different type of saiyan jin. But once they go back to normal so does there hair. So this means that if you cut the hair then it should stay cut and it also changes the saiyan hair in some of them forms. Gohans and Trunks hair grows out because they aren't true saiyans. When there hair is cut it changed the look in ssjin mode too, although I'm not exactly sure. I can't remember. Oh well, I hope that clears things up a little.
