[I]Shadow Law, an anarchist organisation founded and lead by a Taiwanese fighter named M. Bison. The organisation took part in various illegal activities, on a mass scale, and hired great fighters to keep the organisation in check... and to remove some of its enemies. To further increase its success, it created a load of monitor cyborgs, who scoured the world, looking for the most talented fighters. They would use the monitor cyborgs to copy fighting data, so that Shadow Law could create the untilate artificial fighters. They would add up all of the specimens physical and mental attributes, and average them off, giving a "fighting potential" reading. Many of the most talented fighters had fighting potentials around the 2000 mark, but two men, Ken Masters and Ryu, far exceeded this mark. Ken Masters had a fighting potential of 3500, and Ryu's was even greater, 3620. Ryu's fighting potential was measured when he fought a man named Sagat some years ago, but he had not been seen since. Ken Masters however, frequently took part in tournaments all over America. Ken Masters was abducted by Shadow Law, and they used him to lure out Ryu, who had grown up with Ken at a dojo in Japan. While Ken was heald captive, M. Bison used his "psycho powers" to extract most of his fighting knowledge, so he could create his super soldiers. Ryu was lured out, even though he knew he was heading into a trap. However, what Shadow Law did not anticipate, was the power of Ryu and Ken when they worked together. Ryu was allowed to reach Ken, and when he found him, sitting in a chair, scantaly clad, wires coming from all the pores in his body, Bison attacked. Individually Ryu and Ken proved no match foir Bison, but gradually when Ryu fought Bison, Ken's strength returned, and they finally managed to kill Bison inside his Shadow Law base. However, the battle had taken its toll on Ryu and Ken also. Ryu died in Ken's arms moments later through injury and exhaustion. Ken was also too weak to make it out of the Shadow Law base alive. He was eventually killed by Sagat and Vega, two of Shadow Law's best fighters, after a long struggle.

Regerdless of the leaders death, Shadow Law survived. Its team of scientists started working on the Bio-Weapons using the fighting data of Ken Masters. Through thorough tests, they discovered that they could not get the cyborg skeletons to accuratly copy the intense fighting abilites of Ken. They were simply too slow and too sloppy, and no subject ever managed a fighting potential over 500, rendering them futile. Then, sxtracting some of M. Bison's DNA, the scientists started working to see if the could accuratly replicate a form of Bison's phycho powers, which could enhance the capabilities of the Bio-soldiers. They found that they could not create an artificial form of Telekinesis, but they could create a limited form of clairvoyance, enhancing the cyborgs reaction times to impeccable levels. Now they were making great progress, cyborgs started producing fighting potentials somewhere up around the 2500's, making them stronger than most fighters on earth. They have now started work on the ultimate Bio-weapon, containing the DNA of Ken, Bison, and Ryu. They are also trying to enhance this cyborgs intelligence with Bison's brain proteins, allowing him limited A.I. All of this had been accomplished within the space of 20 years, and a new generation of fighters has arisen. Shadow Law has started sedning out its Monitor Cyborgs again to measure the fighting potentials of the new generation of fighters, and are also sending out the first field prototypes of the Bio-weapons, to test their skills in real combat.[/I]

2: [I]Lightning Kick[/I] - Lightning bolts flicker around his body, alowing him to move at tremendous speed, into a devastating flying kick.

3: [I]Dark Hadou[/I] - Whenever in extreme anger or desperation, Kazuya's body glows with dark aura, and his eyes turn completely red. He charges up and fires a black ball of energy that kills almost anything. Kazuya has no control over his actions when in this state.

[B]Bio:[/B] Kazuya was inolved in a terrible accident when he was five years old, he was in a fight with another child on top of a mountain, it started over nothing more than an arguement over who owned a certain toy, but during the fight Kazuya slipped and fell over the cliff face he was fighting on top of. He survived the initial fall, but his body was covered in cuts and scars, he would certainly have died, but his body was suddenly unthrawled in a dark energy, which sealed up all his wounds, and controlled him into climbing back up the cliff. When Kazuya regained control of himself, he was lying on top of the mountain, with no recolection of any events after he had hit the ground. He noticed that all his cuts had sealed, but they had formed terrible scars all over his body. When he returned home, his mother burst into tears at seeing the state of her baby boy, but Kazuya's father was deeply concerned. His father pushed him into learning Karaté, to make sure nothing like this happened again. Kazuya's sensei was very strict, but found that Kazuya's skill was exceptional, he quickly surpassed everyone else at the dojo, seeming to possess the speed and strength of someone twice his age. The sensei decided to test Kazuya's strength against his own, expecting uquite an easy win, but became frustrated when Kazuya was able to get hits in on him. Since the beggining of the fight, the sensei had noticed a very thjin dark aura around Kazuya, but he was sure that Kazuya knew nothing about it. He realised then that whatever this aura was, it was the key to his skill. The sensei decided to test the extent of this power, and so he delivered a powerful blow to Kazuya's biggest scar, the one across his chest. Kazuya was knocked back into the wall, unconcious, and the sensei feared that he had done something terrible. Suddenly, Kazuya's eyes snapped open, they were completely red, and the thin aura around his body suddenly grew dramatically. Kazuya held his hands behind him, and charged up an orb of pure energy. The sensei was paralysed with shock, fearing suddenly for his own safety. Kazuya released the orb, which tore the sensei clean in half. As soon as this happened, the dark aura disappeared, and Kazuya returned to normal, but again he remembered nothing about what had happened after the sensei had struck him. He looked at the sensei's corpse, and then at his hands. Although he remembered nothing, he knew it must have been him who had killed the sensei. Through his sorrow and greif, the black aura that had surrounded his body since he was five vanished... but instead one of his eyes constantly remains red. Although he tries his best to surpress this... thing that is inside him, he occasionally wakes up lying on the floor with a shredded corpse lying next to him.

Bio: Tao is an extreme loner. He hates almost all people and trusts even left. He has a pessimistic veiw of life and is contsantly hoping for something to wipe out the human race. Though he hates almost everyone, those who he trusts he will protect with his life if necessary. He is loyal, and a dedicated warrior. Nothing outways his love of the fight. He is an expert in Ninjitsu and his resume of assassinations is perfect. No one has ever escaped his ancient blade. He comes from a long line of powerful Ninjas, and now holds the family blade, prepared for any opponent who comes his way.

Bio: Deep family loyalty, decides to leave, following a path similar to that of her elder sister Lainy Gan.....unfortunatly, she still has a good deal of training to complete. To do so, she heads to Guanzhou, to find her grandfather...and finish what she started.

Bio: After all that has happened in his past, Guile has left the lifestyle of fighting behind, and has tried to settle down to a normal life with his wife, Jane and daughter, Amy. He has moved to a rather large country chateau in France, where he still works out in his gym and makes a life teaching self defence classes. When his old friend, Chun Li, told him of the rumors about Shadowloo's activities, he was tempted to return, but eventually decided not to.
However, Shadowloo, who had been keeping tight survelance on Guile, believed that he knew more than he did, and while he was out, the killed his wife and child, and set his house on fire.
Guile was distraught and furious. With nothing but vengance on his mind, he contacted Chun Li, and set out to take down the Shadowloo forces, once and for all !
