Just-in or Just-out...you be the judge...

Well, I decided to watch MTV2's The Wrap and I saw what they had to say about Justin Timberlake and his new song. People thought that Justin shouldn't have done that...that he was kinda copying Michael Jackson's style and dance. I, wholeheartedly, do not like that song that they play on the radio every half hour. I think that he should just stop and stay with Nsync. What do you think?

I agree. I can't really care for that song for some reason. I noticed the Michael Jackson style and I'm sick of R&B/Rap videos for the most part since they show the same thing. I never liked Justin for some odd reason, and I am slowly loosing interest in NSync after that whole "Gone" song and that overrated "Girlfriend" song.

Okay okay!! I voted for yes, he is talented.
But there wasn't one for 'he's okay..'
anyway... he sounds hella better solo than in a group.. @_@
plus... I think I might make a routine with it... ^^

Nice thread title lol.

My one friend plays this song quite a lot. He's obsessed with this type of music, and lately it's been this Justin CD and the upcoming Nick Carter one.

I am not into this style of music, and I don't know that I would care what Justin did next. I think his voice just really isn't that good, and has this high pitched whiny quality to it. The whole song comes off at a poor attempt to make him seem like a cool, sexy badass... trying to get rid of his clean, nice N*Sync image (that he kind of has I guess lol). The whole song just has rather idiotic lyrics to it, and that hip hop part drives me insane.

If people like it, whatever... All I know is that I am tired of hearing it everytime I go out with him somewhere. Thank god for his Queen CD.

Eh. I have mixed views about Justin's solo career. On one hand, he has a high vocal range and The Neptunes (my favorite hip-hip/R&B producers) will probably do most of his songs. So far, he seems to show a keen interest in R&B, which is probably good, since I'm a big R&B fan.

On the other hand, it's Justin Timberlake. He acts like he should be the next Michael Jackson and although he can sing pretty high, something about his voice is annoying. It's almost like he sings from his throat and sounds horse, but can still sing loudly (which is weird). He got a lot of solos in N Sync, but he wasn't that good of a singer.

JC would've had a better solo album. He sings much better and everybody seemed to like him in that song with Blaque. Plus he doesn't come off so fake.
