12 Monkeys was weird as heck. I tried to watch it all the way through one night and couldn't bring myself to do it. I think that I finished watching it one random night, but I don't even recall what happens. Perhaps I fell asleep due to the pure confusion that the film creates within ones head :drunk:

Well, it's hard to comment on why I liked this movie without actually spoiling anything.

I basically love any Bruce Willis movie; the guy is one of my favorite actors. When he's good in a movie, he steals the show.

Twelve Monkeys is one of those films that one has to watch. At first it doesn't make sense, but it slowly reveals itself as the plot continues. It's like a puzzle that slowly comes together and just when you think you know what is going on, it pulls the carpet out from underneath you.

I love movies like Twelve Monkeys, where one really has to think and follow the film along. The script was great, but the direction was simply the icing on the cake.

Its a great film. One of Terry Gillihams best. It is also one of Bruce Willis's best roles. If you do watch it, watch it once. Then watch it again. When you watch it the second time through, you catch a lot of references that you will have missed the first time.

It is a crazy film about time travel and 'The Army of The Twelve Monkeys'. To go into anymore detail would seriously compromise the plot!

I didn't really like this movie. Though it certainly had some positive aspects (the story wasn't bad), it didn't come together terribly well. Some parts of the movie were pretty dry and boring in my opinion.

But it's definitely not a bad movie...and it's worthy of a rent.

This is what Donnie Darko is about, but it may have a few spoilers in it though i don't think it's really that plot compromising.

It's about a guy named Donnie Darko, who in the beggining is saved from being smashed by a jet engine by a man sized bunny named frank.

I read what I just typed and think of how horribly stupid that must sound, but it really isn't that bad. The movie basically unravels into a confusing but thought provoking plot about time travel. It's one of the better movies i've seen this year; yes it is worth renting.

Donnie Darko is a dark, funny, and at times confusing film. It's really good though, and the more you watch it the more you become attached to it. One of my roommates wrote her term paper on that movie, so I have seen it numerous times.

It's still all a bit muddled, though, the ending is strange and really makes you think. And about this bunny, Frank, that's actually one of the darkest [if not most-twisted] points of the film.
