The billows of wind pour over the red face of the young Ilythiirtar like a vortex of concentrated ice, furiously pushing his lissome body against its fierce force, making his trek home difficult. On the distant horizon, he notices a fire, not like any other he had seen before. The black clouds produced from the fire rose like a giant?s beard, flowing with such a lipid bulkiness, Ilythiirtar falls to his knees, instantly placing recognition to the fire, knowing for sure what ails his village?the tattered scrap of bread, graciously handed to him by Goran falls to the ground beside the young man. She hears two screams and, watches as her brother uses a ferret trained to climb into those inconspicuous places, retrieving valuables, shiny objects, and in certain cases, scare the living knickers off people, to divert attention. This soon would be Danielle?s first tool in the skills of thievery. Brother returns with a handful of grapes, and a swiftly swiped loaf of fresh bread. He smiles, handing her the grapes, splitting the bread in two halves. Brother: (proudly) ?You see, its all about the right hand, the right time, and the right diversion?you pay close attention to me little one and you will learn fast?.? --- Somewhere in the northwestern hemisphere of the planet. --- Ilythiirtar?s now twenty year old eyes squint in the sun, his mind dazed, and this day new?he cannot even comprehend the feeling inside his soul?but his ambition drive is finally restored? Ilythiirtar: (thinking) ?Who is Danielle... Shinkoru
Daniell sat up and looked around. The trees surrounded her as the moorning sun glinted through them, casting patches of light in the dimly lit forest. Danielle: BANDIT!!! WHERE ARE YOU?!? Looking around her eyes darted from tree to tree. Moments later a small fuzzy creature datrted out form the brush and rushed at Danielle.. Danielle:*catching the creature in mid jump* AH! there you are you little rascle. *setting him down* didja get me anyhtign to eat? The Ferret looked at her and cocked its head to the left. Danielle looked it over. Danielle: wonderful... looks like we better go find a village. She grabbes Bandit by the back of his neck and tossed him up on her sholder. Grabing her backpack she stood and brushed the dirt off herself. She checked herself over and brushed a clump of dirt of her ferret's nose. She wiggled her nose as he pressed his ot hers. Danielle: hehe, silly Bandit. She smiled as she started of, walking on her tip-toes looking, hoping to see smoke or the tops of huts. After walking for fifteen minutes she stopped. Taking Bandit in her amr she tossed him up to a tree. Danielle: You go, look for a village or town! CLOSE TO HERE! then come back down!*yelling to him. *mumbling* dumb ferret, like he can understand me anyway. She laughed to herself and pointed up ot the top the tree, as she did so she pulled a crumb out of her pack, letting him see it. He hissed lightly and darted up the tree. Moments later he jumped to her sholder and ate the crumb from her fingers. He then looks to a thorn bushe and hissed. Danielle: oh no.. u men to tell me the closest village is that way?! god u stupid ferrit. She smiled and patted his head, wonderign how to get through the what seemed miles of thorn bushes. She sat down on a boulder wedged between two trees and brought her pack around to her front. She slipped out her shoes and slid them on. She tossed her pack on her back and stood again, looking ot see how far it went back. Danielle: Humm.. not to far, maby a foot or two. She took Bandit and tossed him over the thorns. He landed safely on the grass with a thud. She giggled as she threw her pack over too. Looking up she saw a branch over the thorn bushes. Jumping up she grabbed hold of it and swung hard, tossing forward. Her left knee hit the ground as she yelped. A thin bloody line appeared on her arm. For the most part she made it, only with one scratch..she giggled to herself. ----------- Somewhere in the Northwestern Hemisphere of the Planet ----------- Ilythiirtar felt a slight twinge and looked down to hsi right arm. Ilythiirtar: How the hell did I get a cut on my arm? He moved his arm to his side and wiped the blood off. Ilythiirtar: Strange... ---------- Somewhere in the Northeastern Hemisphere of the Planet ---------- Danielle laughed slightly as she stood, wiping her arm off. She shook her head as she lifted Bandit to her sholder and slung her pack on her back. She started off. In a few moments the trees stopped and the grass turned an odd red color. Danielle: *mumbling* the rusted plains.. Some time later she saw smoke about a mile off. Danielle: NO WAY! BANDIT!! YOU BROUGHT ME TO THE CITY OF BARDS?!?! YOU KNOW I HATE THIS PLACE! ... I forget the villages name but.. its SOO HARD TO STEAL FROM HERE! ..humm.. maby I can vishit..no.. i won't. I'll just eat and be on my way. She approached the gates of the village as a cheery looking jester jumped in her path. Jester: HELLO HELLO HELLO! Welcome ot the city of life, the of joy the city of song! Welcome travler have a nice day,! sing be fair then on your way! happy day, happy time.. Danielle had, had enough. She pushed past him as his song died in his through. Walking to the nearest fruit stand she smiled, setting bandit on the ground she pointed to the gold goins people were flitting around, buying goods with. His eyes sparkled as he went off, sneaking around. He dissapeared from her sight as she stood and walked to the man. Danielle: Goodday Sir. How much are thoes melons? Man: Well goodday Miss, why there on sale! only 5peices a pound! Thats a good bargin! Danielle: Humm.. i dont know.. Last stand had them for 3 peices a pound. Man: OUTRAGEOUS! I'll sell them to you for just 2 peices a pound! Danielle: humm.. maby later She grinned as she turned and walked away, the man calling after her. She noticed a ladder leading to the roof of a building. She climed it and looked down at the stand. A cround had gatherd hearign the offer for 2 peices a pound. She grinned. Jumping down she walked to the croud and slipped up almost in front. She stood behind two men trying to get the Shopkeepers attention. Her hand then darted out inbetween them and n to a smaller melon. She took hold and swiftly yakned her hand back without notice. She slid it in to her pack and decided to be daring as her hand darted out and quickly grabbed a small bunch of grapes on a vine. She slipped back and quickly put them in her pack and zipped it shut. Slipping it on her bakc she walked away unnoticed. She put two fingers in her mouth and wistled a high pitched shrill wistle. With all the commotion and the busy street no one hardly noticed. Just then Bandit came funning and slipped in her pakc through a hole in the side. She sat and inspected his findings. She had a gold wrist band, two gold peices, three silver peices and one bronze peice. Also three shiny rings, with jems embedded on them. She nodded approvingly. Danielle: Good job boy, should fetch a nice price, dotn you agree? *smieling* i think we should pay the Dwarf queen a visit, I woder how long its been since she las sat me? I was but a babe. She will be quite suprised. She must have heard of my capture as well.. quite a supprise this will be. But where to go? I was just a babe, I dont rember the way, only Brothers teachings and how to get here, the shore of speaking shells..the rusted plains.. humm She talked outloud quite often to Bandit, knowing he didn't understand her much, but glad he was there to listen. Bandit fidgeted in the pack before climbing out to Danielles sholder. She zipped the pack closed and started off back the way they had come. The exited the gates just as.. Jester: goodbye, goodday, i bid you adue, have fun, farewll... She grabbed the jesters hat, stopping his song once again. She tossed it back in to thw city as she ran, flitting through the short rusted grass of the planes.... ------------------------------------------------------------------- ooc: like love? Phantom
The sun seared at his eyes, the simple brisk burning of the incandescent sun shawn like a burning ball of gentle fire. Fire had been the one true bringer of life and death in Ilythiirtar's life. The only thing that his mind would commit to would be that his life and childchood would not be stolen, he would save the lands of arctic blunder... so be the meeting of this trivial countess. Dropping to his knees, the poverty-striken young man begins weeping, his entire everything lost and he had to do somthing... anything to save it... or at least free those still enslaved. Enthralled(sp?) by the prospect that he would very well die never occurred to him, merely the fact that his limited knowlege allowed him to respire was all that mattered. He sometimes wondered exactly what happened to his short lived father, Sebastian. No one but the man he soon would visit has had any recollection of his father, this...this was his chance to apocolate the redemtion for his village. Ilythiirtar: (while walking to the village square) "Destiny, foolhardy beatiaries filled to the brim with an apocolyptical destined quaver...why will I be so foolish as to undergo a deviation of my true meaning on this here planet...why in the realm of sacrifice will I attempt to reconcile with the stignant faculty of my father's last known sedations?" Even as he entered the festival square of Ashenmyst, his gaze studiously drifted upon the stalagmite-like oblisk of the towns hence-reverent center monument. His eyes drifted back down with reverence, and in a brief second, he had been flattened. Clobbered in an astracious cleave. An instant later he was back on his feet and veering into the eyes of this aggressor, a lean, grizzled looking figure of an aged warrior, his name was soon to be discovered as Waldemar Boukreev. He was laughing in an exhausting yet overjoyed way that was rather unsettling to Ilythiirtar...but none the less, he inquired; Ilythiirtar: "I am terribly sorry, but you must be more careful when in mid-swing.... and my I interogate as to the reason you are laughing so? That is such a hindering aspect of your already disfuntionate profile..." Boukreev: "Ah just like y'ear fahtheer y'arr...git ovar heer yah little girkin..." Ilythiirtar: (in shock) "...you...you..yo..you..you kno...know...m..my..my fa...father?" Waldemar Boukreev lit a very occasional cieger, letting the warm tocabbo roast in the bright cherry of the wrappings... his first inhale was like that of a professional smoker, the toxins that entered his aura were immediately wavered away as he held back a well wanted cough. Clasping the deventalated Ilythiitar around the shoulder, the tarnished battle vetran led on, to the small table near the entrance to the center vespra. For so he spoke many words of truth about his fallen resistance patriot, his man at arms... his partner and almost brother. After the discussion had ended, Waldemar, with his heavy kohrnish accent walked off, issuing Ilythiirtar witha much needed word of appraisal... Boukreev: "Like y'arr fahtheer, juu will be ah gleat waheeor." It did not take much for the young man to peice the broken slang into tangible segments of meaning...Walde (as he will soon thereafter call him) wished to teach Ilythiirtar the skills manditory to liberate his village.. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Outside the town of the singing bards... Danielle sat, munching on her daily supplement of gruel, and from no where Bandit dropped from a nearby tree what looked like a large walnut, thus clobbering her over the head, nearly knocking her out. Danielle: (rubbing her head gently) "God dang stupid Bandit...that hurt... what the hell was that anyway?!" Scanning her surroundings, he inspects the oversized walnut... smiling, she whipps it at her furry friend with a giggle. Danielle: "goof..."

Phantom
Ilythiirtar awoke with a splitting headache, the blast of nausea propagated in its endless wake of vomit inducing tendrils of pain. He could barely move, none the less, stand up. Turning his head from side to side proved enscruciatingly(sp?) tedious. Spikes of overt unsettlement churned in his stomach as he felt a sweltering shock race through his body? Never had he been so pained to get up. His mouth filled with morning gruel, he has a long day ahead of him. Ilythiirtar walks out the front door of his Uncle?s west side manor; his aching feet issue him the migrant feeling of entering a new realm of pain. By the time he reaches Boukreev?s house, a small hut really, the outside decorated with bright turquoise siding, the thought hat Walde actually killed a couple land Dorjes for their pelt, which likes to secrete a rather vibrant green blue turquoise after being tore from the rind of the body. The front steps were of a dark wood, hand crafted by Walde himself. As Ilythiirtar reaches the front steps he is greeted rather anxiously by his new mentor, Waldemar Boukreev. At first glance, the inside of the building is that one would see in a young warrior?s first house. A long dense matt of Dorje skin lined the floor in a makeshift hunters rug. The walls clad with heads of creatures of any sort. They submersed Ilythiirtar in the past of his father. Who was quite the adventyr seeker himself. The ceiling supported five lanterns, each burning with a bright candle, thus setting the mood for Ilythiirtar?s first lesson. Walde: ?Sow?.Y?arr thinkin? Ahm dumb ernt?cha?? Ilythiirtar: ?Of course not Mr. Boukreev, my father was only a farmer but no stupid man, and I want you to be straight with me now?so cut the accent, your not as stupid as you look.? That comment instantly earned Ilythiirtar three well placed elbows in an already throbbing nose. The strikes weren?t for the young man?s blunt display of arrogance, merely for the fact that Walde thought he had the kid fooled, when all along the little bastard knew what he was doing. It also earned him a smile, a hug, a rather strong one at that. Walde had found Seb?s son?after all these years. Walde: ?Just as smart as your father, yes you are?? Ilythiirtar: ?Heh? Yeah I guess.? Under considerable strain, Ilythiirtar looked up at his mentor, and smiled, unleashing his knee into the abdomen of this brawny man? Old Bastard, he though.
