During this August I wrecked in my beautiful car. A 97' Dodge Avenger SE. The wreck was purely by accident. I had a right front tire blow-out on a corner. And it took me straight into the ditch before I could do anything. The car went nose down slammed into the ground then came back up and hit a culvert and flipped. And the insurance company said they would pay for most of it. However they've obviously gone back on their word because they're only paying a minimal amount and sueing my dad. Now because of that ill fated crash my house could be lost, my dad's new truck that he loves to death... Everything... And I know somehow it's my fault... It's not good... My dad's never depressed, and now he's pretty much given up. It saddens me to see him this way, and I feel so helpless because I wish there was something I could do... Something... Anything... I feel beat down... And down in spirits... The only thing that keeps me happy is my g/f, but when she's not around I feel like collapsing and just laying there.

I really am sorry.

I hope things get better, and I think you should know that I hate (cant even put into words) insurance companies.

good luck. I know things will work out, just dont give up.
may god be with you. (although your location says depths of hell, which makes that kinda hard, but then again nothing is hard for a god.) sorry.

I just hope things get better.

Well, having wrecked my fair share of cars, I have a few questions I want to ask if you don't mind.

1. It WAS your car, right?

2. Were you on your own insurance or your fathers?

3. What type of insurance did you have? did you have a deductable on your insurance?

4. What are they trying to sue your father for? Your negligance in your actions or something?

5. What company are/were you using for insurance? A big name brand company or a smaller company?

That may seem like I am prying, but I am just trying to get a feel for your situation. Perhaps with more information, I could talk with my father and try to see if there is anything that we can do. (It's not like he is an insurance company or anything, but he handles these things all the time -- one of the better things about having a big family with a bunch of crazy drivers ^_^). If you DO think this is asking too much, just ignore my questions.

I keep seeing a lot of people in misery that's it's sooo depressing to me... geez, now I have a very long list of people relying on my prayers... Well, I do feel sorry for you. When I read your post, I cried so much!!! Really, I did! :bawl: I can feel what you feel, and I feel bad. So you must, right? But cheer up--I heard that bad things can turn out to be good!

Well, I can only say this; at least you didn't die from the car accident. And believe me, you Dad would probably be a lot unhappier if you had. So, I can't give you any really useful advice, and I don't pray, but good luck.

On another note, Yu Yu Hakusho!, you're signature is too big. You'll have to make it smaller. Perhaps put them into a list like this;
Yu Yu Hakusho, Dragonball Z, Inuyasha, Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Gundam Wing, MANY MORE!!!!
Sorry to get off the topic, but honestly, its too long.
