Devidramon
This is the place for this, right? Anyway, pleeeze? Anyway, there are enough fans of the show to warrant a section. Just try it for a while or something...
James
What does Power Rangers have to do with anime and gaming? o_O;
Sere Tuscumbia
It's uh . . . made by the Japanese? *shrugs* I dunno. Gaming could work because they've made games from the series, but I think that would just be a thread, not a forum . . .
James
It's not really necessary to have a Power Rangers forum. Power Rangers is a TV show (a non-anime TV show)...so therefore it should be discussed in the Music, Movies & TV forum.

JCBaggee
God, please tell me you're joking... I remember when Power Rangers was big. It was when I was six. Six year olds all over the world watched it. Today's six year olds? They'd rather watch Yu-Gi-Oh!. --J.C.
Dan L
At my school, people used to make fun of the kid that watched power rangers, and that was when we were just 11. Then again, that was less to do with the fact that he watched it, and more to do with the fact that he acted it out (with himself) everyday. He'd walk up to a teacher, and he'd (seriously) say: "Miss!! Miss!! The enemies are chasing me!!" I don't know why I brought that up.. it just came to mind :S

James
So has James Bond. Does that mean we need a 007 forum? Nope. :)
Mitch
:haha: Dude, power rangers is so a fad. A dead one in my mind, not to mention. I'd have to say only the first season was good, up until the green ranger or whatever he was called...for then on...dissipation. Anyways, what does Power Rangers have to do with anything O_o . If you want to talk about it though, you can use the TV forum. Devidramon
It is from Japan, same as any anime, and has been going on there since the seventies. (A recent episode of Gaoranger featured several past characters, including "The Big One," someone who hasn't shown up since JAKQ, back in '77.) James
I guess the thing is, it isn't anime. Granted, we have a Music, Movies and TV forum...but we made that forum because people were discussing non-anime TV shows in Otaku Lounge. So it was necessary to produce that forum. It's kind of like the situation we have with Star Wars. There are some die-hard SW fans on the boards...but not enough to warrant an entire forum for the subject. The same could be said for Power Rangers. But certainly, you're welcome to discuss it in Music, Movies & TV.
