On online games and other things my name is RedDragon, which isn't taken from the new Hannibal movie :p, but just a name I thought of ages ago.[/b]

As for my current name, I was thinking of a username for these boards and suddenly it jumped into my head. I had never even thought about ravens, but now I love them, and as for torture... well, I eat spiders and have an obsession for blood and sharp things. What else can I say, really....
And then there's s/t/f, which stands for spyderwex trilly frout, and trilly frout is a spoonerism for frilly trout, and that was from a strange conversation I had with Cerulean. Long story.
I am rather proud to have christened Harlequin though, even though it wasn't a christening because I am not christian and I don't like associating myself with them.

Cloricus is just an odd thing I made up and has some meaning.
Eps is the nick I exist as when I'm online, only two people know what it means, one my best friend and second took a year of being my friend for me to tell them. It's the first ever nick from the first time I came online about ten years (or more) ago.
Lord Epssy, well the lord comes from a game and EpSsy comes from a girl I knew online called pup, for some odd reason I called her PuPpy and she started to call me EpSsy back and it stuck, she then went mad and I believe killed herself awhile ago, so I took up using that nick out of some respect to her.

[Sephiroth]

Pretty self explanatory, Sephiroth is one of my favourite characters, and is the first name I try wherever I register, and usually its already taken, like it was when I first registed on OB in May 2001, so I used the name Safer Sephiroth instead

Actually Foredaddy is one of the many nicknames I had back at home, but Foredaddy was always the most popular. It actually started out as Foredaddy Warbux, which was derived from Daddy Warbux in the movie "Annie". One day me and my friend were just cruisin around in the car and I wanted a nickname and *POOF* its a combo of my real first and last name, Forrest Warner.:devil:

I still had final fantasy 9 deep in my mind because it was the last final fantasy I beat. So I thought of zidane because I use it as a lot of my passwords. I added an 11 on the end because that was the same as my password for some place I will not tell you. Actually I can't remember, probally geocities. A couple years after that maybe 1 or 2 the other zidane joined as I was getting interested in other things. I was here on version one and I re-joined and didn't post much for a while. I pretty much just observed everyone. Now here I am after cloudstrife00 who I introduced into the boards has rekindled my interest and I've been back for quite a while and I plan on staying.

well mines kinda interesting. in my "i love gundam wing" phase, i created this 200 page fan fiction. it was about this character named sandra maxwell, (the most grinko-like name i could find) whos duo's long lost sister. So i was making an account at Yahoo! but sandramaxwell was already taken. so because in the show heero is 01, etc. i just added 06 at the end of my name! and sandramaxwell06 was created!

Everyone asks me this all the time, but I guess I will explain it again.

I dunno. I just kinda came up with it. I had no idea what my name was going to be whenever I registered back in V-2 or V-3. I registered as Super_Sayian_Kid_Goten. I used that for maybe a version or so then whenever V-4 came out I just typed in whatever came to my head which was noodles except NoodleZ with a Z. It is a very weird name and I don't know why I chose it but whenever this name changing thing is ready I will probably change my name to my real name, Ryan. It will be way easier to type in whenever I am logging in. I will never have to type in all of the symbols again! Well I hope James gets that done soon![/size]

Long, long story... I get really long winded about it, so scroll down to the bottom if you don't want to read it all... it's summarized down there.

[b]Long version: [/b]Azazel isn't exactly "satan" as so many movies make people believe, even if his name is one of the infernal names contained in LaVey's Satanic Bible (so are Ifrit and Shiva, for FF people hah). I generally assume Semjaza-Azazel and Azazel are the same angel due to references to the name in the Bible and Apocyrpha.

Long ago books of the Bible, which came to be known as the Apocrypha, had not yet been removed from the Bible, and so they were still considered Scripture, and therefore the Law. Most people don't know about these books now, but they were more or less removed. Among them were the Enochian Gospels and the Infant Gospels (which detailed the child life of Jesus, a lot of which involved him acting out in anger and killing others as he got used to his powers).

Anyway, the books also tell of the Watchers, angels whose duty it was to watch over mankind. They became too interested though, and came down to earth to teach man what they knew, as well as having childen with some of then women (all Watchers are male). Two hundred of them, led by the great angel [b]Semjaza-Azazel[/b], are said to have come here in the age between Creation and the Flood. They taught men many things they weren't exactly supposed to know... medicine, astronomy, writing, weapsons making, smithing and even birth control and abortion. Most importantly they taught man the art of magic. The Apocrypha makes it very clear that magic is something from Heaven, a skill given to people directly through these angels (with ironicly is one of the reasons it was removed, considering magic is considered "evil" as of now).

Of course, considering man wasn't supposed to know this, the archangels angels complained to God (Michael, Gabriel, Sariel and Uriel). I'd imagine mostly because these were sacred and secret things only angels were supposed to know of at the time. God had punished angels for giving men secrets in the past (such as Prometheus for teaching man fire), so he sent his angels to punish the Watchers. They were defeated in battle, forced to watch as their families were slaughtered (their children were known as the Nephilim, mostly slaughtered because they were simply not [i]supposed[/i] to exist - although it's not very clear that they were completed eradicated, as stories say they are the ones resonsbile for the Tower of Babel), and then imprisoned in the mountains, deserts and seas of the earth until Judgement Day, when they will be cast into the lake of eternal fire. Basically, Hell.

A lot of this leads into the start of Vampires as well... The Nephilim are said to have basically become the slaves of men until they rose against them... Killing them, devouring them and drinking their blood. Apparently, they did this to eachother as well. A lot of stories seem to make reference to this, especially paper based Vampire RP games (Book of Nod comes to mind).

As for BabyGirl, I think it's something that just kind of came to me when I was registering for version 2. I wanted a girly name that wouldn't induce speculation as to what my gender was, so I ruled out the useage of a Star Warsesque name.

Noryko -- Well, I was sitting in my dorm room, my freshman year at college. I was checking out some older games on my friend Erick's PSX. I needed to choose a character name (one of those games that didn't have a default name I think) and didn't like my old name -- Lord Overon. It just didn't have a very RPG name, even just Overon. Well, I was sitting there, and tried to flip the name around (Norevo), and sat there. . changed some letters around, and BAM -- Noryko popped into my head. Well, I was like - Hey! This is good.

I found out later, while playing Everquest (huge MMORPG) that Noriko was a Japanese female name. Well. . I was like - crap - but really didn't feel like changing it ^_^ So there you have it.

Angelcry -- In above game, Everquest, at level 20, you got to choose a last name. I was thinking -- I love playing holy characters, namely healers. Well, healers and holy characters, I thought of Angels. So I began a small bio on my character. He was an Angel named, you guessed it - Noryko - who was witnessing all that was going on from Heaven. He saw his friends and family, all his loved ones, including his wife, getting hurt all around, fighting from day to day, never seeming to make much of an impact on the evil. So, being a good Angel, he decided that he would come to the surface and protect them the best he could. Well, since he was not just able to leave and come Heaven at will, he decided that he would give up his wings so he could leave. When he did, he fell from heaven. Now, I am not really an Angel, but I would think if I left the sacred and most righteous place like Heaven, I would be pretty sad. So - Angel that cried = Angelcry

[color=darkred]Well, I chose my name after watching The Matrix and The One more than once. I can do several of the stunts without crippling myself, and thus people in school made jokes about me being said 'One', that could manipulate the Matrix as he saw fit. Also being a self trained martial artist to the extremes reinforced my friends beliefs, and so...here I am. Also, The Elite DBZ now known as Elite intoduced me to the boards. I had seen them many a time on his PC and thought - 'that looks like a friendly community with lots of new and interesting people' - well, something like that, and so I appear to you now as The One.
